Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size for my pup and they were very quick to change this for me and send me a replacement. Would definitely order again from this site.

I had an issue with an item that I received - with the size. Frenchie shop immediately addressed this issue to my full satisfaction. I have been ordering from Frenchie shop for years and will continue to do so.

I have loved everything I have gotten so far! Makes my Frenchie nice and warm now that it is cooling off. Great quality and very good response.

If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered a Halloween costume for my Frenchie 18 days before Halloween. I have yet to receive it as is is coming from China. Nowhere on the order page does it tell you that. Today is Halloween and still no costume. Save your money people, or do business with a reputable company! Keith Smoyer

Although it took about 23 days for my order to arrive, the quality of the materials are amazing. Please check the measurements as they are different from US sizes. I made 4 orders and received 2 and immediately reached out for assistance. Ariel was able to chime in to replace and look into this matter immediately. Outstanding customer service and quick response to resolve my issue.
