Well i had a learning experience that not all sweaters will fit my dog. But when I got in touch with customer support they walked me through exactly what I needed and sent them out the very next day. This is why I like to purchase from this company is the customer service and the quality of the products. The shipping and tracking of the products could improve.

I had ordered the wrong size for my frenchie and I sent a email out and asked how do I return the item and get a bigger size and Ariel got the email and told me that she would send me the correct size and sent me a picture on how to size my frenchie and that once I got him size send her the correct measurements and that she would send me out another. I thought that was really nice of her to go out of her way to help me with that. Thank you so much Ariel

I had ordered a L going by the size chart and it’s too snug for my girl. I contacted customer service and they responded back right away and are replacing this coat for the next size up without any charge or having to send back the original coat! I’m very pleased with their solution to this matter
