The Frenchie shop has very good customer service. I had made an order of two different items and by my mistake I measured my dog with the wrong sizes. I contacted the Frenchie Shop by email and I had a response back that same day from them offering to replace my full order with the correct sizes at no cost to me without mailing my original items back to them. I ordered a hat and boots for my Avah, hat fit perfectly, the boots were small ! Sent an email and had a reply within hrs, they are shipping new boots !! I will def purchase other items!! Very pleased 😀

I had a great experience with Frenchie Shop. Purchasing was easy and the product received was just as it was described online. I ordered a harness, but unfortunately I did not order the correct size as it was just a little too big. I emailed them to inquire about exchanging for a smaller size and got a response within an hour. They let me know they would send along a new one without having to return the one I got as long as I provided his measurements and wrote a review. I was happy with that and will definitely order from them again!

I had to order a different size and they were extremely punctual with getting back to me. They were able to assist me right away and I look forward for my frenchie to wear her new coat.

When I emailed about the sweater for being way to small just by looking at it, I was told that she would send the size larger. And when I asked about sending the one back I was told to give it to someone who could use it for their little dog.

I love the products on this site for my Frenchie. They are breed specific and are of high quality. I ordered a harness and even though it took some time to ship and be delivered. When I received it the harness was too large. I contacted customer support and got a response almost immediately from a real person with empathy for my situation. Greatly appreciated by the way! After following instructions emailed to me I was able to properly measure my baby and send the correct measurements back to the Frenchie Shop. They made the return process quick and easy! The harness we got we love and fits him better than any other we have purchased. THANK YOU FRENCHIE SHOP.

I was very leary when I could not find a customer service phone number. So as instructions I emailed that two of the sweaters did not fit. After several back and forth emails we came to an agreement for two different items. I will be extremely happy if I eventually receive the new choices. So far I rate a 5 pending receiving my items. BTW I did order $177 worth of items. They all fit and was pleased except for the 2 items.
