I wouldn’t stay at this location because people are fighting, smoking marijuana, no hot Water and rude service I paid up through Thursday and the manager told me she gave me credit for 2 extra nights and now I’m having to check out on Saturday morning instead of Sunday like I was told they don’t know how to run a business here

My wife and I stayed at the Extended Stay Copley (OH)-East in December. While previous stays at this property were enjoyable, this time the new Site Manager made the stay unbearable. She was rude and inconsiderate to not only us, but several other guests. We all left. Additionally, the Assistant Manager and another Front Desk employee quit during our stay because of the Site Manager. I subsequently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Extended Stay America Corporate in Charlotte, NC and the site's Property Management firm, Sandpiper Hospitality.

The Hillside location is amazing. I'm treated with respect every day. When I've had an issue, it was handled right away.

Ever hear they expression, it's the little things that count. When you add all those little things up, you see the big picture. At Extended stay america on farwell pl fremont, ca makes for a great stay. The general manager Ricardo does a great job in keeping you happy, and making sure your stay was memorable. Continues to have the place running smooth, this is an observation i've seen over the 5 years staying here from time to time. For these reasons I will always make Extended stay america at farwell pl in fremont, ca my home away from home. Jennifer Leonard
