I don't know why people have such low ratings on Extended Stay although except for the one that I stay at was a little bit scrungy but it wasn't too dirty. They will more than comedy for the wheelchair although I should have done my research a little more when getting Ada room and making sure I had at least two beds instead of one but it all worked out plus I was able to go to my Houston Texans game.

Extended Stay America
We had a two night stay with two rooms at Extended Stay America in Greenville SC, Woodruff Rd location..We had an issue with one of our guest smoking in the room..they charged us 265.00..its a non smoking hotel. I get that..We did not expect the bed bugs and droppings they left on the sheets and pillows..We saw two bugs on one of the beds..the smells from people cooking in the hallway was sickening..the smell of grease and food..there were
children running around on the floor above us and across the hall..We let management know about the noise and smells..They did nothing..I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying a few nights for a getaway..The bugs are freaking us all out..

I started staying at the hotel since…
I started staying at the hotel since January of this year. I lost my spouse of 26 year in 2020, lost my cat peanut cuz I felt I neglected him. Then in the middle of the month, pot heads, acid people in laundry room, started showning up in this nice hotel. cops didn't even care. I almost got run over by the Company American Civil Construction. This hotel needs security or cops 247. I am sick of it. The staff r awesome but the people living her r making this place like a drug, dirty place

Nice rooms, nice price, but some problems.
I recently stayed at 2 different Extended Stay America hotels in the Denver area (11/21), and found both rooms spacious, the beds comfortable, and the price very good for the rooms. However, the first hotel I went to did not have anyone at the front desk to check me in when I arrived at about 8:00pm. I had to wait about 15 min for anyone to show up. Also, be aware that even though there are kitchens in the rooms with refrigerators, stoves and microwaves, there are NO cups, utensils, plates or cookware...or ANYTHING. If you want a mug or coffee pot or utensils, you need to get it at the front desk after asking for it. Evidently theft is a problem! The TV's were nice when they worked. Staff had to come to my room to get the TV to work at both sites. Although this may seem picky, one lamp at the first hotel absolutely could not be turned off with any switch. Someone had to come to my room to move a large dresser to unplug the lamp so I could sleep without it's light shinning in my eyes. One place was really adamant about having me leave the room (10 min. after check out time), but the other site (Denver Tech Center) was extremely kind at allowing me a late checkout when I was recovering from an injection I got at 8:30 am which made my right leg not work properly for several hours. I was immensely glad that the woman at the front desk allowed me to stay in my room until the effects of the shot wore off.

When you pay it means you stay
My husband and I are at an extended stay in Memphis. We pay every 2 weeks for 2 week periods twice a month when my husband gets payed. The staff is great the only complaint is getting calls asking how long we plan to extend every week. My husband went down to front office had them put till 2029 so they quit asking. We are trying to save towards a house in olive branch MS are working on it. The excessive calling isn't going to get us to leave any faster. The staff likes us and the guests. Only 1 lady on the staff gave me issues she's no longer there. Please refrain now on asking if we are extending . We have it extended till December 31 2029. So the constant asking stops.

Too much running by kids in the halls
The hotel is wonderful, Extended stay Bethlehem/Allentown pa. I didn’t sleep much because they allowed kids to run around all times of the day. They never brought it to the attention of the parents they just let them run. I feel as though too much money is spent by customers not to have a handle on this. I understand that kids are here but they have to get a handle on all this running around, up and down the stairs. It’s very inconvenient. Other than that the hotel is wonderful.

I have been staying at Extended Stay…
I have been staying at Extended Stay America in Fremont, Ca since July of this year. I have no intentions of moving out the room that I have been staying in until things get better. The people that work here are friendly and the manager is always willing to help me save money whenever it is time to extend my stay. The hotel is close to my work (11 miles) which is one of the benefits and I haven’t had to worry about anyone breaking into my room or ever had to worry about the room being filthy or have insects invading my space.
I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in the Fremont area...
