NASA space Center extended stay is by far the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in..the "manager" has run it into the ground..garbage everywhere inside and out fleas In most rooms ..somethings broken in each room and their manager Victoria Hernandez is a liar the if and a coward..run fast..dont look back..staff was great especially no kids and asst mngr brittney..victoria is a liar and never there..staff called corporate on Victoria themselves and has yet to receive a call back..place is getting dirtier daily..victoria Hernandez needs to be fired immediately and Brittney the asst manager should be the one to step into her spot..victoria is a joke..find out if Victoria Hernandez is still the GM b4 u book a room..if she is don't book..go to the one on bay area Blvd a fewmiles away instead

If I could give them a negative rating I would! Stay away especially on hwy 55 and hwy 54 they are the worst! Rooms are dirty! House keepers still out your room! Blankets and sheets never clean! Darrell the night attendant is very rude and disrespectful and think it’s ok! Rates aren’t what’s promised

My honest opinion of this hotel on ulmerton road at carillion park is definitely one of the nicest places....yes the rooms are great but let me tell you the best part. Her name is Kim she works in the office and if I could give her some kind of bonus or award or promotion I would. We walked in the door and she was already for us. I can't even explain how polite and hospitable this wonderful woman is. I ho to the office and no matter what she is smiling and ready to help. Kim you are a true gem and a great asset to the company I only wish they was more people like you. Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart. Christina joe and adrian

I have been staying here at a Extended Stay America facility for about three weeks now. The place is just fine for the terrific price the rooms usually cost. It’s is truly based on a long-term occupant Stay, and they provide great accommodations just for that purpose. The staff has been friendly and nice. Always there to help you out if needed. Plus, the particular hotel I was staying at had the added bonus of being located perfectly near two major road arteries that could get you anywhere in the metropolitan area with haste and ease. If you need a long-term stay in a temporary place? This is definitely the place to consider.

The extended stay in Lewisville Texas charged me for a room I didn’t even stay in and that they supposedly canceled the reservation for. Front desk people are extremely rude. Treated me like I was dumb and tried to say they didn’t charge me until my bank called and their corporate people called, then they finally admitted to it. Also said I didn’t show up when I definitely did and have witness. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t ever stay here.

When we first checked into the hotel the employee was not helpful at all. The room was decent. Their “free” breakfast is instant oatmeal packets and they don’t give you hot water or a microwave to heat up any water. Their coffee creamer was expired, so coffee stay away!

This is a must experience..there are hotels and then there is extended stay America in Pensacola fla ..there is no comparison ..

Worst customer services ever seen .. currently staying at German town west in Memphis. First morning went out for breakfast at 8am, got told at 8am they dont have any.. no reason or excuse. Then no coffee, I asked if she could fill it up but a customer came to check out and I was then ignored.. I gave up in the end. Utter useless! Can I change hotels!
