If I could give a zero stars I would!!! We arrive to extremely nice staff, get to our room, then it begins. The stove doesn't work, I call downstairs and the maintenance man won't come. Under the beds are filthy  Then the TV doesn't work because the cord is ripped out of the back.  Call again, but my son decided to pull out the bureau and fix it himself.  We are unpacked, took an hour and a half, we start to get comfortable and BOOM, the electric in the whole room goes out. Call again, still maintenance man won't come.  We have to repack everything IN THE DARK (had to call again for a flashlight, even though mentioned that we had to pack in the dark...where's the customer service???) and move to a new room... whose door doesn't shut and lock on its own. If you forget to push or pull it to a close because the wood is so swollen, people can get in your room.  As I became agitated,  the staff became ruder and ruder. Finally, they have the manager call me... it was every excuse in the book. No maintenance after 3, really??? Accent so thick I could barely understand her.  I told her that and still she proceeded speaking quickly, over me, with more excuses then insulted me. Offered a THIRD  room,, I said ok,, and we just sat here  and waited,, waited,, until I called front desk again to hear, oh I'm on my way up now...Wow, We went from a beautiful water view, with an amazing sunset, all the way to the other end of the same floor with a grand view of the parking lot. When we had to move again... guess where??? The room ACROSS THE HALL  from the first room we were in. Trekking all of our stuff from all the way from the other end of the floor, around the bend, again... etc.  Just another parking lot view. Unbelievable!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! One of the worst and dirtiest places I've went all they care about is money so if you're black don't stop at the extended stay in Delray Florida they think black people don't pay for their rooms then they call the police to kick you out the people at the desk doesn't know how to read and they send a 12 year old girl to my room to ask me to pay for a room that was paid for already one door away from the office with a working key but she wants to call the police have me put out an extended stay will not extend me any compensation one of the worst hotel stays ever only for white people was paid for with credit card she can't read and she still works there so if you see her run don't let them check you in she doesn't know what she's doing and she will come to your room in the morning with the police

I'd like to leave a review about Extended Stay in Reston Virginia. I'm doing this voluntarily because of the service provided there. Despite some unsavory characters surrounding the building pretty often, and some of the guests, the service is terrific. The staff which I will not mention names out of respect for their privacy is overall exceptional. The front desk is always professional and timely. The cleaning provided is never pushed on you or likewise ignored. Sometimes there are issues with the TV connection or fire alarm and other structural matters like a poor refrigerator (although adequate). However, they do keep the rooms clean if requested and the supplies offered are very adequate. Mostly this is about the staff as they do a great job keeping the guests rooms apart for privacy, being available at any time, and going out of their way to help anybody no matter the difficulty given to them. I would even recommend this to colleagues, who may be in a difficult housing situation and need a place to stay for a couple months. The prices are pretty adequate. I've been to several locations and id say Reston stands above the others. Good on the crew there. Michael

I want you to know your Internet Service is the worse I have ever come across and will note it on public websites where reviews are available for public viewing. It constantly goes down, only lasts for a couple of hours uninterrupted at its very best. You can only hook up one device at it cannot be connected by WiFi it must be by an Ethernet cable or some other hard-wired method. I don't know whatever hidden charge you put in the room rate for the Internet service, but if it is more than zero it is way too much. In fact, given the level of service, your Internet provides zero is too costly. Despite your statements of having support available none is available I have called the support line at least a half dozen times, and note of the "technicians" know what to do or was going on. I got many different answers to the same questions. The problem is ESA will not let you bring in an outside provider even if you are willing to pay for it. There is an old cliche what's cheap is dear, and nothing is cheaper than zero which is infinitely worth more than the Internet service ESA provides.

I stayed at extended stay of Greensboro big tree way due to work the staff overhaul were great until Sunday when I made several trips to the office and they wouldn’t answer the door finally the end of the night a rude clerk answered the door I guess I woke her up she would not give fresh towels she called the police and had me kicked out in the middle of the night with no place to go as I was leaving in my car she made nasty remarks saying I told u I will get the last laugh she was cursing at me really not professional

Avoid Extended Stay Houston Medical Center!!! Beyond horrible experience, receptionist took 45 mins to be located before we could check into our reservation, she arrived with a serious attitude, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, house keeping never showed or clean the room for the 4 day stay, stove did not work, they would not even accept a work order to fix it, found used condoms and trash underneath the bed, this place was a nightmare, please avoid !!!!

I’ve been in this hotel for a week and a half due to the storm we had in Texas, this hotel has been awful most of the things in the room does not work. The stove in the fridge does not work you tell the staff they don’t fix it all they do is walk your money and they go up with the rate every day. The whole staff is Hispanic I’m not a racial person but they use their authority and put people down and lie about different things and charge overcharge people. This hotel need to be investigated itself and I need to be inspected is not livable and the surround Is horrible police be here every day.

Truly disappointed by the dispassionate, and a false sense of bravado the staff has displaced to me lately! I have been extremely loyal to this hotel, and have spent thousands of dollars with this hotel - thousands of dollars that I could've spent on an apartment, and/or, mortgage! My life has been completely flipped upside down, and has left me essentially homeless sense last August, but I haven't given up, and I'm going to keep moving forward! What exactly does this mean? I felt like the staff at this hotel had completely ignored me, and instead of extending an ear, or even talking with me - I felt a huge sense of betrayal! Instead of talking with me, which would've easily resolved our situation, I am left feeling even more ashamed of where my life is at right now!
