Dublin Ohio location. after confirming price and dates of stay, and with a confirmation number J Cox the manager at that location refused to honor the price and demanded my wife leave if she did not pay his stated price, $30.00 above the nightly rate extended stay had agreed to. She had just drove 621 miles and it was after 9.pm in freezing weather. Very difficult and time consuming process to confirm cancellation of reservation.

The hotel is wonderful, Extended stay Bethlehem/Allentown pa. I didn’t sleep much because they allowed kids to run around all times of the day. They never brought it to the attention of the parents they just let them run. I feel as though too much money is spent by customers not to have a handle on this. I understand that kids are here but they have to get a handle on all this running around, up and down the stairs. It’s very inconvenient. Other than that the hotel is wonderful.

I wanted to take out the time to write a review regarding my stay @ Extended Stay America located in St.louis Mo 11228 Long Eagle Dr, Bridgeton MO 63044 I was very disappointed because the level of noise throughout the night, the door slamming all night cars parked on the parking lot with music blasting and people hanging out smoking weed and drinking. I didn't feel safe at all, No security and when I went to the front desk to complain twice must I add no one was at the front desk, it was so bad i left at 2 in the morning I contacted guest relation only to be told they will write up a report and someone will contact me in 24 hours it been 5 days and I have not heard from anyone, the room are really nice but I wont be staying here again

Do NOT stay at the Clairmont road location in Atlanta GA. the manager named Abu kept trying to come into my room at 4 and 5 am saying he smelled smoke and he was creepy as I was a woman alone and then when my young daughter was there she was accousted several times by a man named " King" saying he worked w him and tried to sex traffic her we were there for 2 months waiting on out apartment to open up and we're terrorized the entire time to the point where we left 3 days early of our weekly stay . I tried to tell the corporate office and they just laughed. Please beware of this place , especially if you have children .DO NOT bring them there. A total nightmare that sadly I can't do anything about but thankfully we got out of there safely.the assistance mgr Suni or some name of such was also supposed to be involved w the trafficking.if any police or agency wants to contact me my email is right here.i will gladly help any way I can to stop this.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay on Willow St for 6 weeks while I worked in LongBeach. The first 4 weeks I was in a room with double beds and then chose to change into a one bed room for my last 2 weeks. Once I moved into room 141 I started waking up with random bites on my body. I notified the manager, Diana Gutierrez and was moved to another room. She told me to leave my blankets and luggage in the room. She assured me that my belongings would be safe. She said she would take care of my things and they were going to inspect the room for bed bugs and I would get my blankets and luggage back as soon as possible. 2 days passed when I went to check on my things in room 141 they were not there. I asked the staff at the desk if they knew anything about it and noone knew anything. When I would try to talk to Diana Gutierrez I noticed she would see me coming to the front desk and she would quickly walk into the back room, to avoid interacting with me. This went on for a few days and I would leave messages with the staff to give to her regarding the whereabouts of my belongings. The staff was purposely telling me she wasn't there when she was. It was so hard for me to speak with her. When I finally did talk with her it was on the phone. I explained to her that the most important thing that I left in the room was my mexican tiger blanket that was given to me by my dear mother in 1998. I took that blanket everywhere with me for 23 years and even as an adult I still slept everynight with it. That is how important and precious the blanket was to me, it was a part of me. She carelessly told me to go buy another blanket and to bring her the receipt and she would reimburse me. I told her that blanket was priceless and irreplaceable. I would give everything in my possession at that moment if I could have my mothers blanket back. It was an heirloom to me. Diana said she would try to find it by asking her staff, housekeeping if they knew anything. At that point I was so disappointed in how little sympathy she had for my issue. I trusted her with my things and I honestly believed she would take care of them like she said she would. Besides that she also said she would do other things that she failed to come thru with for example reimbursing me for the hotel charging me more per night then what I reserved it online for. I emailed her the receipt, nothing was ever done about that. And also changing out the drawers that were falling apart in the final room I stayed in for the last weeks of me being there.  Being honest and understanding customers needs and doing what you say you are going to do is the difference between a great manager and a horrible one. The fact that Diana Gutierrez avoided me because she knew she had made a mistake and lost my blanket was a very cowardly thing to do. She basically prolonged her interacting with me because she knew I would eventually be checking out. I really hope she takes this experience with her and learns from it if she wants to continue in a management position or any customer service position at that. And I will not be so trusting next time no matter how sincere a person appears to be.

We arrived after a 26hr drive from Texas to the ESA off San Ignacio in San Jose Ca. We are travel nurses for Covid Crisis. Check in was easy. Neighborhood was nice. (No homeless sleeping on the streets). Upon entering the room we found a nasty floor. Dried food on counter. A bath faucet that wasn't installed correctly. The dresser had 2 broken drawers. The doors were covers in black grime. The beds were horrible. Pillows were old snd stained. The employee showed us two new rooms. We discovered when we moved into the new room that the kitchen faucet was broken. Water everywhere! People checking out daily due to drug activity and cars being broke into. I will NEVER stay at this chain of hotels again.

I've been trying to find the best place to put my review online because there is an employee that needs to be noticed. I have been staying at the Monrovia extended stay hotel for about a week now. Not only was I welcomed with a clean and fresh room, I was welcomed without standing customer service staff. but there is one employee in particular that I would like to be noticed. And that would be Gabby. Gabby is amazing!!!! I called down this morning with a migraine to ask if I could have an hour extension, and Gabby answered the phone telling me good morning and using my name. That was the most refreshing and the warmest wake up call I could have ever gotten. Gabby is so polite with everything she does. Her aura is such a calmness that most people could never get to experience. But Gabby's aura is addicting because of how comfortable and kind and gentle she is. She is phenomenal with my dog who has some skittish issues. but Gabby was so calm and sweet to her and made her happy and make her feel comfortable as well. So thank you thank you thank you thank you Gabby for everything that you have done for me here to make me feel so comfortable. You rock and definitely deserve to get noticed for your superb customer service. Thanks again Gabby and thank you again Extended Stay America.

We stayed at Sterling Hts in MI due to my husbands job. Rent at their special rate was 178.20 deposit plus 1744.70 a month. I was looking for a less expensive place to stay. On Craigs list there was an ad for same motel for 1470 a month called customer service to ask if I could get that rate. No because I had a special rates. At the front desk there was an add for perks. Applied for perks showed front desk manager and he said can't use them as you have a special rate. At end of month moved to an extended stay as it was less, being 1663.20. My husband was laid off and we were supposed to get a refund. Many times on the phone waiting hours we got 4 different refunds but according to the math they still owe us 328.54. If you check out early you don't get a refund and they don't stick to there add that says we offer the absolute best rate best rate for any and all of our hotels. See a lower price elsewhere? Not only will they honor it we will beat it. They won't even match their own price nor will they refund all of your money.
