Worst service ESA Phoenix, AZ
I had a travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. I chose to stay with Extended Stay of America because for the most part I haven't had many past issues. However, in Poem is, AZ I stayed at two different locations and both were poor service and bad experience. The first hotel I had to change rooms twice because it was either dirty, as in urine stain on the toilet seat, floor gift my, etc. By the time I got to the 3rd room I just asked for a mop and I cleaned the room myself. I have pictures to prove the filth. When I had a day off I requested to move to another hotel which put me at N 69th St. Again I had to clean the floors myself which were very filthy. I reached out to corporate amd they said I would get a call in 24hrs which never happened. I again ended up changing rooms again after I woke up to a bad odor and found sewage water in may sink which started bubbling and stool could be seen coming up. I toilet stop flushing properly as well. WhencI put up the phone to call the front desk I discovered my phone wasn't working so I called on my cell phone and get on answer because they are seldom at the front desk. I reached out to corporate again and informed them I waited a month to hear from them regarding my first complaints and never heard from them. They took my information and again said it would be 48hrs and someone would call me back. I am sure one would feel certain that giving the track record they didn't call me back. Needless to say, for the expenses I incurred for so little attention or concern. It will be the list time I do business with them. I also saw a roach in may room and asked could they justcspray the room while I was out for work. They told me I would have to move out of the room, but would let me know and no one ever reached out and when I asked the me at front desk rep. they knew nothing about it and neither did they follow up. Never have I seen such poor service. Again, I have all the pics and video to prove the filth and will be posting and imformimg other traveler.
