ASHLEY at the front desk Extended Stay Yorba Linda CA.....Helpful...Curteous...goes above and beyond !!

Management is friendly and prompt at assisting and resolving situations. For example replacing towels at midnight because I vomit on most of them because of a stomach ache I was having. I was also approach the next day by the lady manager to see if I was ok. Something I really appreciated as she showed concern.

I stayed at the Greensboro location. Staff was professional,helpful and accommodating. My room was clean,bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was everything I hoped for.

I've stayed at this hotel for 4 yrs now and I'm starting to have more and more problems. Recently my $600 computer was based in while me family and I were gone and kicked my 12 lb dog in the face, the only other people with access to our room is your staff. We have no to intermittent hot water for more than 2 weeks now and are now being told to boil the water on the stove to take a shower. We have mold in the bathroom because of your constant water leaks and flooding hallways and when they called in a specialist he put a child sized hole in the wall and said the mold needs to be dealt with before the hole could be repaired, well almost 3 months later the back mold is still there and so is the hole. I have recorded conversations and photos. We've been threatened, harassed and bullied by staff nad now we are being discriminated against and cut off of all services due to your management team lying and defaming my character stating I got hostile with them when asking why are they stealing my mail, I recorded the conversation. We can't move out because you all tried to illegally evict us last year and when it was time to go to court you all never showed up to clear up the facts and now I have an eviction filing on my record that's stopping me from getting another place and you have unfortunately bought up most of the extended stay hotels in the area so we can't go to any of those, we're literally stuck here because of you all's wrong doing but now we are being put through hell, discriminated against and my 75 yr old disabled mother is being stressed when her health can't handle it. I stayed at the Peachtree Corners, GA location. It started out fine. Of course every negative comment, comes with a bad sandwich and the property will have its side. Thing is, their side never reaches the customer. I felt scammed really. As they told me about a policy that another day's rental is applied to fees paid after 11:00 am. There is no room for error, but they can have error and all of a sudden things are good. They will not be responsible for ANYTHING having to do with your belongings! My rent was due on Oct. 6. I was at this hotel for 3-4 months. nothing I did pleased them, there was always some kind of angle from one game they play to another. They charged me another day for my rent being late, but I am staying there and paying by the week. So they could never tell me if that extra daily rental was a fee they were charging me, or do I get credit for that day. The reason they never defined it is because another day fee on top of your high weekly rental is excessive and they know it, so its called a daily rental fee, but you are already there for another day. So I paid it. My rent was due on a Thursday, then I also paid another week for my usual rental. Without an explanation, they tried to steal that fee by telling me, my rent was due on Thursday, and still due after me paying my rent for 8 days. Then I move out on a Friday afternoon as they wanted to charge me the late fee again the following week. Translation: Unless you are willing to pay their sky rates and experience games played by office personnel, I suggest you take in consideration what I'm saying. Looking for integrity? Keep looking! I was one of the people who went to pay my rent without having to be notified. They were putting the problems they had with other tenants on me. No, I don't want to have anything more to do ever with Stay America if I can help it! Left a bad taste!

I stayed at the 14095 S Evans location in Aurora CO the senior handicap room was not what I expected the sink was small the bathroom fan was so loud it sounded like an airplane overhead the heater didn't appear to be working either as the fan would never kick in and all I could get was radiant heat from it the other unit was inop and needed to be replaced. The towels were few and small NO bath towels were made available and the housekeeping didn't exist as the trash was never removed through out the entire stay.

I JUST CHECKED OUT AFTER STAYING 4 WEEKS I PAID $419. A WEEK AND CHECKED OU THIS MORNING THEN THEY CHARGEGED MY BANK ACCOUNT ANOTHER $119.00. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER $119.00 THE GIRL SIAD SHE DIDNT KNOW SHE WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO THE MORNING PERSON AND THIS CALL WAS MADE AT APROX 12:15 PM. SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK STILL HAVN'T GOT A CALL. CALLED CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND THEY STAYTED THE GIRL I CALLED WOULD CALL BACK BUT NO SHE HASN'T. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES THEY ARE LETTING DRUG DEALERS LIVE ON THE PROPERTY AND DEAL DRUGS IN THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT. HAD TO DEAL WITH THE DRUG DEALERS BLASITNG THERE MUSIC ALL NIGHT IN TILL ANOUT 5AM THEN THEY WOULD FINALY TURN OFF THE MUSIC. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE.
