Where do I start
Where do I start! DO NOT STAY HERE I'm homeless and I stayed here for a month and a half and at first it seemed great until.... Constantly having people peer in my window (I'm alone with my dogs) or males following me to my room, there are people here prostituting, frugs, theft and vandalism on a daily basis. They never have any type of security in place like security camera or more law enforcement. I've complained so many time that I ended up having anxiety issues causing me to throw up daily now. The STAFF: While the District Manage live above the office, they act like they have their best interest for the residence but far from true. I have tripped 2-3x now down the stairs after requesting several time to have the first floor since my dog is handicap and I have to carry the 60lbs dog down the stairs 4-5x a day. My keys constantly are not working and I have to go get them reset, TV have been not working correctly since I got here to include the stove burner too, the room is nasty because they only clean what they can see and not clean under the bed, the chair or behind things. It's so dirty that I can see pure white from the dust. The grounds are bad too. There is so much trash and dog poop and they told me it not their responsibility to clean up since it the residence responsibility. I agree but it's your responsibility to keep the area from getting this backed up in trash too. There is a staff member named Kate that says she will have something taken care of but never does and then when I complained to management (Kris) she gave me the same excuses and told me to leave if I felt unsafe as to taking care of the issue at hand. Staff even fraternizing with the residence by telling them that Kate is dating the manages (Kris) son and that's why things are not being handling in a professional manner and we the residence are ignored. The maintenance guy is even smoking weed with residence while on the job, front desk staff chewing gum and blowing bubble when addressing customers. My dog was attacked by another residence dog off the leash and they allowed this person to stay and the dog is right back off the leash. They even steel from you if you accidently leave something behind and them come back for it. I witnessed this from a cleaning staff member that was cleaning my old neighbors room and there was backpack he left and wanted it back but told him they never saw it. I'm the one who brough up the backpack when I saw it and the black lady said she would give it to him. They told him they never saw it!! This hotel never services your room if you stay longer than 2 week. Which by law you are required to clean a room after 2 week due to health standers. You are violating so many health codes it insane. There is never enough toilet paper either to where residence have now purchase their own to include cleaning products since the staff wont do it. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. I even called corporate to file a complaint and NO ONE CALLED me back!!!! You'll be hear from the Attorney Generals office next. Have a great day ESA
