This has probably been the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I never write reviews, ever, but I had to come in here and state the truth because it was very discouraging. I stayed at the location in Waltham Massachusetts for two days and It was so bad. It smelled like cigarettes, the room that I was in had stains on the curtains and though there were no bed bugs there were little bugs in the wall ☹️! After I went down to the front desk, (who may I add didn’t appear until 30 minutes of me waiting) the young man proceeded to say “Sorry, our cleaning staff is busy and won’t be able to help” on top of that the young man said “here” and gave me clean sheets because I would have to change them myself, as well as a bug spray. Though I appreciated it I’m just shocked. I was suppose ti get a refund, but he refunded to the wrong card, I mean the list goes on. I’ve never experienced this before at a hotel, please just go to another hotel with better reviews because it will be worth it. This was not. I’m disappointed, upset, and will probably never ever return to this hotel. I’ll also let people know not to return as well, if this is the treatment, and the cleanliness they are giving out.

ESA has Stachybotrys chartarum "Black Toxic Mold" and they are infested with Water bugs and Roaches and Gnats from the Black Mold and moisture the beds are stained with pee, dodo and blood stains that covers the whole bed and box-springs the bed curtain is stuck to the box-springs they are old and stained with bodily fluids the mattress is falling apart and the box springs that has dodo blood and pee under the box springs the whole hotel is filled with BLACK MOLD on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors it smells horribly that carpets are dirty, the sheets have holes and very thin all the covers and pillows are nasty they are not clean they still smell like someone is sleeping on them the G.M Luz Peralta is an habitual-liar she is a bully she was opening our mail and taking pictures of our mail she was having people cars towed for get a kick back the staff was coming into our room they stole over $6000 in cash our birth certificate and Social Security Cards the staff stole our new phone my wedding ring $20,000.00, the extra set of keys and alarm to our truck, they were putting stuff in our food , they put us in the (kill room) that had a hole cut out of the wall that was full of Black Mold and the bathroom was full of black mold behind shower and in the ceiling the windows and curtains full of mold and we were made to stay in this room even after wiring start burning and the bathroom lights burned out and was smoking called Code Enforcement and Luz Peralta lied to Throung and said we were lying but Luz Peralta sent a work order the problem was taking care but the BLACK MOLD is in the WALLS and i have been refused medical care or treatment for being exposed ton Toxic Black Mold for 15 months until we started getting SICK and the ESA employee got caught in our room that had been stealing from us for 7 months and ESA has refused to do anything with they low life lawyers Mark and Linda who are both LIARS!!!

I wrote a negative review awhile back and was contacted by Todd Welch and the general manager Christy Smith, who apologized for our experience and said they'd send a voucher to us if we would try them again. I responded 3 times with our address and have never heard back or received the voucher. I also tried to contact Todd through their site via feedback as they make it very difficult to correspond with anyone from the company. I got a generic email saying someone would reach out, and they never did. I've never experienced such poor customer service! Horrible!!!

Too bad there isn’t a negative star option. Worst Hotel Chain I’ve ever dealt with. Had a room book for 8 nights on RT 192 just outside of Disney World Main Gate. I Get to Hotel the first night and Police Cars Everywhere and a sign at front desk saying the Hotel is closed and their systems are down and Not one employee to be found anywhere. I Call the Chains number and get someone in General Booking. They were the only person there, I couldn’t even speak to a Supervisor. Seriously a Large Hotel Chain and only 1 person working at 8pm. Long story short I had no place to stay without even a curtesy email or text letting me know there was a problem with my booked stay. There are No rooms available anywhere because of the people displaced from the Hurricane (This park I totally understand). Lucky I was by myself and I had a decent sized rental car to sleep in. To add even more insult, I was charged for the room that I didn’t have. I Called again today and still Nothing! All I got from central reservations was a Polite “Oh Well”. Also I have yet to receive any correspondence from the Hotel Chain by email or text, that there was going to be a problem with my booked Stay. Andy must be out of town and “Barney Fife” is in charge of Mayberry!

This is a very unprofessional and unsecured hotel with no cameras working anywhere around or in the front office period. Key card did not work for 3 weeks. Renee the ESA night front desk worker would not let me in my room when I was dropped off at 3 am to hotel and still I have no jet card to enter so I have to go to the front desk and ask to be let in my room,.. Renee said no she will not let me in my room because it’s a safety issue for her to let me in my room at 3 am after being dropped off to girl and was told no. Renee attitude is very ugly and u was scared for my safety at 3 am when she said no she will not let me in my room because she us not allowed to after 11pm. Mind you hotel key card has not worked for 3 weeks. So at this point I’m scared and had to argue with Renee than I threatened to call police and had my phone on speaking than she said ok,… I’m going to do you this one last favor and let you in your room. Very next day I report this situation to office and corporate. 3 weeks of paying to stay a ESA chantilly and not be able to enter or leave as I please of fear of not being let in my room.I feel like I paid 3 weeks to a hotel to be told when and how often I will be able to go in or out of my room . Guest relations have been reported . Let’s see what gets done. Next step,….

I called to request a reservation in Big Stone Gap, VA. The hospitalty associate on the phone was rude and sounded like she had a hard night or something. Terrible service send this one back to customer service training!

The hotel is lies through its teeth it is very outdated. the rooms when you walk in it appeared clean but you can smell a funny smell, now I figured it out it was bug spray. I had a refrigerator in my room that made a grinding noise all night long the sleeping was terrible I only went there to sleep my husband saw a bugs he said he didn’t know what it was. I saw the cockroaches on the wall my last night . I will never ever tell anyone to stay at any of these extended stay I stayed in South Carolina on Kinley Road. It seemed like a transient hotel. If I saw the bugs first day I would have been gone !!!

I checked in and the room was dirty with gnats flying around. The bed wasn’t made, there was trash on the floor, and bags all around so I was provided another room. It wasn’t perfectly clean, smelled like smoke, and the toilet didn’t work without taking off the back and pulling the cord. I just needed some time away from home so I was okay with it. I used Lysol wipes and cleaned all the surfaces. I laid down to go to sleep and I had a drink on the counter next to the bed. At about 12:00AM I went to drink and noticed something dirty on the bottom of the cup and felt something fall on me. I remembered I cleaned the counters so I jumped up and turned on the light. There was a baby roach on the cup and one big one crawling on the bed and several roaches on the wall ran behind the bed. I smashed the one on the cup and one ran out of the couch next to the bed. I killed that one too. I went to the office and it says for after hours use the phone and to dial 0, but there was no buttons! I called Priceline and they got in contact with the overnight staff and were told they couldn’t cancel the reservation until the morning at 8 am with management. I called at 8 am and no one picked up. I called Priceline and they said they are working on the refund but are waiting on the hotel to let them know. I didn’t sleep here one night. Not because the flies in the lobby, not because the dirty room they first checked me into, not the broken toilet, not the smoke smell in a non-smoking room; but roaches crawling on me while I’m in bed, potentially getting in my luggage, and crawling on my drink! The whole experience was the worst I’ve had with any hotel. I need a refund!
