Entertainment EarthReviews of entertainmentearth.com

Avoid if you want your order fast. They use third party shipper newgistics. This company is infamous for severely delayed packages IF you recieve it at all. If I’d know they used this shipping partner I would’ve ordered elsewhere (and had my item already) because I’ve had personal experience with newgistics before. Be prepared to wait weeks.

Terrible shipping practices. Call after call, e mail after e mail, no one has ever taken the time to research where my package is. It has been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive it. Most likely it is lost, however; they refuse to do the research. Turns out they do not ship through UPS or USPS. They use a 3rd party shipping source. Most likely they went the cheap route because they offered free shipping. I could have ordered this from many different sources and would have received it by now.

After ordering my item, they didn't ship it out within the processing time they promised, they then couldn't cancel it even though it hadn't shipped yet and here I sit typing a negative review because my item still hasn't been shipped and I'm rolling onto a fourth day that they still haven't shipped my item. That being a business day, because if we add the weekend you would also know that they still haven't shipped my damned product or even prepared it for shipping which most companies do. I recommend going to otakumode.com, where you can get your product cheaper, because apparently had I gone to their website i would've saved 12$, by the way it does include shipping. So, I would've paid 74$ instead of the 86$ I spent. Their customer support promised it'd be shipped out today, which I still think is a lie, because it would've been shipped out by 10am, like they had mentioned and that I now have to wait for about 24-48 hours just 'cause apparently it takes an automated system that long to send it thought.

Fast shipping. I was confused on how to get a coupon code for free expedited shipping $25+, so i ordered merch without it. After writing to the company, they quickly changed my shipping, and I received my items within two days (Just in time to wrap it up for Christmas :)) Very Happy with the customer service.

After purchasing a item from entertainment earth the item was sent to the wrong address then returned to sender, after 10+ calls to USPS and Entertainment Earth I was informed that the package was sent to an old address and I would have to pay to have it shipped again and if i decide I want a refund it would not include the shipping I had already paid. This is exactly why large corporations are destroying small internet business.

Always a dependabe source of merch. They're a tad pricier than the competition on occasion but make up for that with great customer service. You're very safe in their hands. :)

Entertainment Earth lacks transparency, nickels-and-dimes its wholesale customers for everything, ESPECIALLY with shipping costs, has extremely poor customer service, and does not represent companies (like Hasbro, Funko, etc.), well. They will not honor refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products (they blame both issues on USPS services (USPS is not responsible for nor the cause of manufacturer defects), unless you upgrade to FedEx/UPS, then, I was advised, they MIGHT honor refunds or exchanges). Very deceptive practices. I do not recommend Entertainment Earth to anyone.

Amazing customer service from Donald! Takes the time to get your order right and treats you like a valued customer. Will continue to shop with E.E.
