I have been doing business with EE for a long time. Items usually arrived within a week or less to central US via Fedex or UPS. Ever since they have started using Newgistics, packages are arriving NO LESS than 20 days after they have shipped. Many times with very little tracking. It will stay in a USPS hub for over a week without moving. I’ve begun to find other options for my collectible needs.

Flawed shipping practices. Most of the reviews here are showing a pattern and my story isn't any different. The usps shipping option should not take 2+ weeks for delivery in the US. The issue lies with the 3rd party that is used to get from their warehouse to the usps. My package has yet to be received by the usps despite being in transit for 2 weeks. It has been sitting at a facility an hour from me for 10 days now. I have reached out to customer service and Donald told me they had until the 15th to deliver it. Today is the 15th and unsurprisingly the usps still hasn't received my package. The covid-19 excuse seems a little overplayed considering I have had no issues with other vendors and work for a company that deals with USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS and have had no issues getting our customers their product in a timely fashion. I have no issue with the company as a whole or customer service but until the shipping practices are updated and improved I will be placing my orders with other online retailers.

Terrible Shipping partner. Ordered mystery minis in jan. Shipped out in feb. and have yet to see them. Was refunded, backordered, sent out again, and the shipment is lost again... I am done with this website.

Avoid entertainment earth order a game may 22 they say they shipped it, they took my money 1 month later gotten nothing from them. Sent 3 emails to entertainment earth they ignored me no response back asked for a refund still nothing. They scam people.

Pre-ordered 2 G.I. Joe Classified figures (Destro and Snake Eyes) at the same time. They shipped about a week apart. Destro got here after a whopping 23 days- oddly enough, on a Sunday. He spent 13 days in Georgia at their shipping partner's facility. Snake Eyes shipped not too long after Destro. He has yet to arrive, total shipping time 20 days so far, 17 of those in Georgia at the same facility. Complained once directly to EE, they said there's nothing they can do. Second time, they refunded my shipping charge, so at least that was something. Third time, they said they'd look into it and that it would take a couple of days to hear back from their shipping partner. Never heard a thing until the package showed up on my doorstep. Wrote a negative review here about the whole debacle, a rep named Sam invited me to call her because they wanted to "make things right." (see their response below.) Apparently that meant "give me a shipping credit for expedited shipping on my next order". Informed her that at this point, I have absolutely no desire to order from them ever again, she said the credit would be there whether I used it or not. Went from fake friendly to "I don't give a damn" REAL fast, and in no way, shape or form changed my opinion- definitely didn't make me want to order from EE again. Saying that you want a chance to earn back someone's business and then coming off like you don't remotely give a wet rat fart is the reverse way to do business. Anyway- I have a set of wave 1 coming from a different source that I ordered a couple of days ago, and I would bet that I'll get that before I ever see Snake Eyes from EE.

I ordered a Funko Pop that was shipped out on June 12th, and still haven't received it almost 2 weeks later. I paid $7 for garbage shipping and I can see I'm not the only one who's had issues with their shipping. I want my money refunded or I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

These guys are legit but they do not live up to their “guaranteed mint condition” when they ship out collectibles such as Funko Pops. You pay $7.00 for shipping with them but all they do is put the paid item in a small box with no protection (bubble wrap); why am I paying $7 for? All of my Funko Pops from the last 5 shipments from them all came damaged.

I will agree with others -- EE's Shipping practices are GARBAGE .... As long as you are willing to wait WEEKS for your merchandise - have at it. Otherwise - Stay AWAY! And SAM Below -- don't worry about me - I'll NEVER buy from you guys again.
