Kriddo customer service team are very amazing. I got a bike from them through Amazon and a part broke . I was so frustrated after looking all over for a replacement and as a last resort before junking the bike, I decided to reach out to them and within 2 days replacement part was shipped to me for free!!!! They are simply amazing and I really do appreciate that.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this company and their customer service. ❤️ I ordered a bike for my son last year, but he was still a little too small to ride it, so we put it away until he was ready. This year, we finally got around to putting it together and realized we were missing some screws. I also accidentally ordered the wrong replacement parts for the seat. I reached out to customer service expecting that I might have to purchase the correct parts, but they completely surprised me. They explained that they had actually upgraded their seats and are sending my son a brand-new upgraded seat along with the missing screws completely free of charge so he can finally ride his bike. 🥹❤️ It may seem like a small thing, but as a parent, it means so much to see a company genuinely care about making sure a child gets to enjoy something they were excited about. They didn’t have to go above and beyond the way they did, but they chose to, and that says so much about the kind of company they are. Thank you for taking care of your customers and for making this experience so special. Outstanding customer service from people who truly care. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

I’m astounded by this company’s customer service-and I haven’t even opened the box yet! I ordered a trike for my 5y/o son who has autism. I figured it would give him a nice transition to a bicycle in time. I placed the order on 9/11 and expected it arrive in 3-5 days. When it hadn’t arrived by the 19th I looked us the tracking info and discovered my old address had auto populated when I placed the order. The shipping address listed the correct street address but erroneously listed my previous City/zip code and the trike had been sent back as undeliverable. I contacted customer service that night (Saturday), around 10:30pm not expecting a response at least until Monday. Imagine my utter surprise at receiving the warmest, most understanding of responses only an hour later! Customer service informed me they were sending out a new trike right away, expedited shipping at no additional cost. Not only that, they thanked me for my patience and understanding despite the oversight being my fault. True to their word, I arrived home from work this evening and found the box waiting at my front door. I can’t wait to put it together and take my little one out cruisin’! Thank you, KRIDDO for saving the day!

My little one LOVES his new bike (tricycle). It was easy to put together and it is adjustable in all the right ways. We are starting with it as a tricycle without the pedals and it has been great. I love that it can convert to a bike and add the pedals. Also love that it stands up unassisted, which is important to our little. Excited to enjoy this for a long time!

We wanted our 18 month grandson to be able to ride bikes with his older cousins. We saw this small balance bike online and thought we would try it out. He LOVES it! It fits him perfectly and he's advancing everyday. This is a great training bike for kiddos! Thanks Kriddo's!!

Upon opening the packaging, this item emitted an extremely intense, nauseating chemical odor consistent with severe poisoning hazard . The chemical fumes were strong enough to cause physical discomfort (headaches/nausea) and make the item unsafe to keep indoors, let alone give to a child.
