Do not order from them. They won't ship for weeks on in-stock items and won't allow you to cancel the order, even though they've done nothing with it.

Hi, I visited this site to get some feedback on this company. I noticed that ALOT of the negative reviews had to do with shipping from the end of July thru the current date. I just wanted to point out that this has less to do with the company and more to do with the USPS labor being cut by around 50%, not to mention having the sorting machines removed from every post office in the country. In the last month I’ve had issues with receiving items weeks after I ordered, if at all, from every site I’ve ordered from.

I posted earlier about Entertainment Earth and had a response from a 'Sam'. As you can see in my previous post 'Sam' said that she would make it right or whatever, so I called and she wasn't available so I left a message and still have heard nothing. They just put that message up to act as if they care. That figures.

Took ages to ship, and once it finally arrived, it was completely the wrong item. i was fine waiting for my package, but this is just disappointing. i don't think they even had the item i ordered in stock when i paid and put an order in for it. I've sent a complaint email and i don't know if they will resolve it but generally i would beware.

Borderline unacceptable. Recieved my SDCC funko with the box totally torn and bent out of shape. The shipping box wasn't even in bad condition which narrows it all the way down to Entertainment Earth as the culprit. It wasn't enough that shipping took 2 and a half weeks to arrive? Should've listened to the reviews. Won't purchase from here AGAIN.

I pre-ordered the SDCC Mattel Mr. T. Elite exclusive just as I had pre ordered the exclusive last year. Order was placed in less than am hour after the pre order went live. Last year shipping was not an issue at all mind you. This year.. HORRIBLE!!.. Purchase ALOT of Mattel WWE figures and 99% never have an issue. Product was alledgely passed off to thier shipping partner on Aug 1st so I figured give it 5 days considering Covid.. It is now the 10th and I have not seen one more single hint of movement. I feel like I should just consider that money a loss. Ive had atleast a dozen products delivered to me since Covid started and never waited more than 7 days (counting weekends) for anything.. Entertainment Earth would not respond to multiple tweets and emails. This aint the kind of service I expect from a company that caters to the collector. For $40ish dollars the best I got was a product that as far as I can tell hasnt even left the state it originated from. As the manufacturer Mattel should be looking into this. At the very least to keep the consumer happy. And your customer service people havent done nothing to help yet at this point. I see people in Ireland posting shots of the same pre order.. This is really getting ridiculous

I placed an order with Entertainment Earth that shipped on 7/13/20. The tracking info stalled on 7/21 with no new updated. I have emailed them 2 times with no response. It’s now 8/4 and I tried to call them and was sent to voice mail. This is extremely bad customer service! I want another item sent with priority shipping or a refund. So far they are not responding. I still never received my baby yoda stuffed animal and I ordered it over two months ago. I email them and the response is that they’ll get back to me in three days and it’s been like three weeks now. I just want the item I paid for and I really would like to know if I’m ever going to receive it or get it at all. I know it’s not on back order and I did place a pre order. The item is in stores now so I’m not sure why my product hasn’t come in when it’s been two months
