Hi Johnny, thank you for reaching out regarding your experience with shipping. Unfortunately, the typical transit time of 3 to 9 business days for the Super Saver shipping method has been affected by the volume of shipments in our carrier’s and USPS’ networks. There may be a delay in certain areas in excess of 5 business days. Given this information, your package should be delivered on or around 11/6 at the latest. If you have stopped seeing tracking updates and are worried your shipment may be lost, please let us know (by chat, phone, or email) and a representative would be happy to reach out to our carrier for an update. Hello Jacklyn! Thank you for reaching out regarding your preordered items. The manufacturer of the merchandise ultimately determines when the item will be delivered to us. The information we post to our website comes to us directly from the manufacturer and we post the ETAs in good faith that they will be able to make deliveries based on their given estimates. Unfortunately, unforeseen issues can arise during the production and distribution of items. Manufacturers do not share with us the reasons for delays, so we cannot predict when or if any delays will occur, or how long the delay will last. If there was something that Entertainment Earth could do to influence the speed with which manufacturers deliver their merchandise, we would certainly press them on these issues. Manufacturers however, do not accept input from retailers. Their timelines are based on their own internal needs. To cancel the items from your online account, while logged in, click on Your Items or Your Orders to find the “Cancel Items” link to the left of each eligible item or near the top of the page, respectively.
