I have dealt with EE for many many years as it is now one of the few places one can reliably find star wars collectibles any longer and is one of the only places you can find some products. Due to the long delay between when product is announced by Hasbro and when it is actually available I accidentally ordered several of the same items twice. Donald T. was very helpful on the line in politely helping with RMA numbers to return the items in duplicate. couldn't have been nicer. Thank you as always.

Had a little trouble getting in contact with customer service but once I did Donald took care of me! Super friendly and made sure that I will be taken care of now and in the future! Thanks!!

Retracting review based on matter being resolved. They still need to work on their shipping and communication process though.

Donald at EE has been phenomenal to work with. There was an issue with my order (website issue), but despite the error, Donald has been super responsive and worked to correct every thing. He has gone above and beyond to help out. I’ve had to be patient, but with this level of customer service, I’m ok with waiting.

I used to be a loyal customer because they do package their products well. However it takes forever for shipping and the shipping is expensive. Every order I get emailed that has shipped has taken over 3 weeks to get to me. Its ridiculous. Shipping from CA to NY shouldn't take over 3 weeks. But the worst part is when I check the tracking number it says usps awaiting package, and then it will just show up on my door. And I check the number daily hoping for a date, but no..it just goes from usps awaiting package to showing up at my door. This is not good because I do not know when to expect it and alot of my orders are expensive and there are people that steal packages from porches around here. I finally took my business elsewhere. I contacted customer support 3 times over the past year with this issue and still no response.

I would like to thank Donald in the Customer Service Department; this 5 star rating is for you. The story: A while back I placed an order for an item that was expected to be back in stock shortly. Due to 2020, its availability continued to be delayed at no fault of Entertainment Earth's, and I received regular status updates from them. Early last month I decided to cancel my order, and sent a request to do so. A few weeks later I received another status update saying the item was still on back order, so I sent another email requesting that Entertainment Earth cancel the order. Then last night I received an email indicating that the item had been shipped. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated. I called the Customer Service Department this morning to complain that my cancelation requests had been ignored. After a short hold, the call was answered by Donald. He listened to my frustrated explanation of the situation, was able to find my cancelation request emails, and began the process of effectuating a return of the item. He was extremely cordial and professional, explained the steps that I will need to take, and quite honestly saved me from swearing off ever ordering from the company again. Once again, thank you Donald. To Entertainment Earth - make sure you keep him on your staff.

I pre-ordered an item at the beginning of August that had a September release date. I understood that the release date may change, as is written in the website. For the months of September, October, and November I have received an automated email stating the release date has changed. I sent an email asking that my pre-order be cancelled. I received an auto-reply staying customer service is very busy and to please allow 3 business days for a response. I waited12 business days and followed up. It’s been another 7 business days with no response. I ordered the item elsewhere and received it within a week. Really disappointed in the lack of transparency with the release date. Other companies have this item in stock, so it is available.

Customer service was fantastic! Thank you Donald T for your kindness and patience in helping my 83yr old Mother. Your positive can do the right thing for your customers should be commended. I look forward to using Entertainment Earth products in the future.
