Ordered an in stock item on October 27th. The confirmation e-mail said it would ship within 3 days. After a week of the order still saying "processing" I sent an e-mail inquiring when it would ship. The auto reply said I would get a response within 3 days. To this day I have not gotten a response, but on the third day my item was marked "shipped" on November 5th. At this point I am thinking great, normal shipping time, I should have it in 3-4 days. WRONG. It sat in limbo with their "shipping partner" until this past Saturday, November 14th when it was transferred to my local Post Office and was finally delivered today. 13 business days from when I ordered to receipt, 17 mail days, and 20 days total. Do not order if you want your items in a reasonable amount of time. Big Bad Toy Store shipping is quicker, cheaper, and packaged better. I am sure they will try to blame some of this on Covid, but that can't excuse all of this.

Unfortunately, the typical shipping average of 3 to 9 business days has been affected by the volume of shipment in the shipping partner and USPS’ networks. Scans are being limited as a safety measure and improving efficiency. Please note, the estimated transit time depicted on the tracking feed is based on the average amount of time it takes for packages to be delivered from our warehouse to your zip code. Due to a significant increase in parcel volume related to COVID-19, you may experience a delay of 5 or more additional days in transit time for your shipment. While the ever-old Corona Virus excuse is over used, in this case, it is still truthful. Due to the volume our carrier has experienced in recent months, they have not only increased staff, but also built multiple new sorting facilities across the US. We have been informed that they are working through their heavy backlog and should be caught up shortly. With the addition of the new facilities, we are hopeful for faster shipping with Super Saver Shipping Method in the near future. Shipping and CS are TERRIBLE. Pre-ordered several items. The first shipped out and arrived in a timely fashion. The second shipped out and 20 days later still is in the hands of their "shipping partner" and there has been no update for 2 weeks. The third shipped after the second and eventually arrived (2+ weeks after shipping). Have sent multiple emails through the contact link and despite the assurance of a reply within 24 hours, it's been crickets. I'm starting to think that disputing the charge for the last item is the only way to get their attention. ETA- In response to their reply: One of their CSRs did call me and promised to find out where my item was and email me within 48 hours. It's been 6 days and surprise, surprise, nothing. If I could rate them with negative stars, at this point, I would.
