This company is a joke! Buyer beware!
I purchased an $11 item with $17 in shipping and handling fees (outrageous) on 11/10/2020. Shipping is still pending about a month later. No clue when I will receive my item, if ever. I have reached out by email and phone, but have received no response. I will NEVER buy from this company again. What a joke!!

Donald is my representative, he is great in helping me find exactly what I'm looking for. I am a huge Star wars fan, and you guys seem to have almost everything I'm looking for, except for when you run out. I love your store and will continue shopping. May the force be with you. I also noticed that some of the reviews said something about bogus reviews about Donald, I'm here to tell you that they are not bogus and you can feel free to call me anytime for a reference 832-866-9069 I have ordered over 40 pieces from this company and had several orders and never had one problem or issue that wasn't resolved properly and professionally.

Good Job EE!!
I ordered 2 items from EE that were supposed to come together. 1 of them was missing so I got on the phone and had the pleasure of speaking with Donald. I'm not sure if he'll ever see this but I definitely appreciate speaking to someone that is very helpful and understanding. He was able to resolve my issue very quickly! I'm a fairly new customer to EE, but I definitely will be coming back here again.

Wrong item in box-resolved!
I called entertainment earth because I was sent the wrong item. The agent I spoke too, Donald Tapia was extremely friendly, understanding and beyond helpful in resolving it for me. I will now get the item I ordered and an easy way to ship back the other item! Thanks Donald! You’re the best!

I have ordered from EE so many times…
I have ordered from EE so many times now I couldn't count. My account goes back almost 20 years! I have never had an issue that they didn't happily resolve. 5/5 will continue ordering from EE!

On top of the fact that they charge a ridiculously expensive shipping rate. They take forever to ship and when they do, they use the slowes, most unreliable third party shipping company. I ordered an in stock item a month ago and only half of my order is finally moving and the other one is still in California. Neither part of my order has been handed to USPS for delivery. Their “customer service“ is equally inefficient and slow and good luck getting someone answering your emails. Never buying from them again and neither should you.

Great customer service
My order was shorted two items. I called EE and Donald was very helpful with me! He confirmed I was indeed short two items and made concessions to make it better! Very happy with his professionalism and care!

Finally contact
Donald has been the most helpful person in EE that has answer my woes. After placing an preorder in September, receiving a sent email, waiting for 3 months (with other emails, phone call and message board, and even responses fro the USPS) to talk to someone who could provide me answers. With promise of a new replacement asap, and an email I would be receiving soon about the new item with tracking number. Overall, I just wanted to say thank you Donald T. and hope that this one actually comes.
