Donald help me with my questions and was really generous and I appreciate his help!

I called in to customer service after receiving an email about a shipping issue on part of one of my orders. Donald was my customer service agent and he was friendly, professional and able to quickly resolve the issue. I felt well taken care of as a customer.

Donald was helping me out with my order, he was fantastic!! Above and beyond my expectations!!!

This company sucks! I bought over $300 worth of items 1 of which I haven't received since last year October. That's besides my point, I place an order for FUNKO "CHASE" Items and when they arrived they never said "Chase" on there, now anyone would think that's not a big deal, you're wrong. In the collectable world "Chase" means everything, authenticating the item is in fact rare. I can't believe that I have to pay $25 for shipping to return the items I paid to receive in the first place + the cost of shipping. I hope the Don I spoke to isn't the one everyone is praising, because when I called in a guy named Don answered the phone and I simply asked how to return something, he rushed me off the phone. After a few orders come in I plan on NEVER doing business with this unjoyful company, they don't live up to there name. In fact there main purpose is to milk you for every $ you have. I hate writing bad reviews but this company managed to tick me off to the point while I'm paying for my return shipping labels, I decided to write a review. This company does not care about customer service what so ever, who the %@%& charges there customer to return something after they paid shipping & handling to begin with?!

WOW!!! Donald Tapia IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS I HAVE EVER HAD TO TALK WITH. Usually the a rep says how can I help... That's so unfortunate but, sorry I cannot help you with that. Ya man Don was on point and made the call very enjoyable. What do I mean by that, well let me explain. He started off the call as per a standard opening and got my info and then apologized for the inconvenience this put me through (I'm thinking the only inconvenience was having to call and get this taken care of). He then went on to ask how I was doing and stated to make the call more personable... EVER employee in customer service should do this. He then went on to making the conversation about a related topic to me and himself (Not the norm... But should be). in the mists of our conversation, he got all the information to take care of my issue and then went through a gambit of things to help ensure that it doesn't happen again... That's how it should be done!!! Giving that reassurance that this time things will be better and thats what the company strives for... to be better. Outstanding!!! he was kind, courteous, polite, well mannered, knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and overall made me feel as if it was his fault and was doing everything to fix it... even though I know it wasn't. Well played Don!! Donald is exactly how you want your reps to act towards customers. every employee can learn from this man and SHOULD LEARN FOR HIM!. he set the bar high... I feel bad if I have to talk with anyone else and they cannot uphold a standard that Don made. He should be in charge of training or hold a leader/supervisor/manager role. All in all very happy with my support! Thanks again Donald for taking care of me and not just doing the job!!!

Terrible customer service! Charged 3 times for shipping and all I got were damaged items! Absolutely terrible!

Today, I worked with probably one of the best representatives your company has. I truly am just overwhelmed with joy that I couldn't wait to give him a shot out. Being in a background dealing in customer service myself, he not only helped me but made me loyal customer for life. I have called to update my information in the system 4 times and sent 2 emails and Donald was the only one who took the time to really fix the issue I was having with updating my address due to a move. Unfortunately, I had made several attempts to be a head of any mailing issue, I sent a email twice then decided to call. The first call the address was updated with the wrong street name, two orders were sent out to the wrong street name so I never received my package. Noticing in the shipment tracking said the wrong street name, I called again to update my address and see what is my options and was told, "you need to catch it with the post office." So I spent two days at the post office trying to intercept my package. Just a little background, more to the story but why dwell in the dark zone. After Speaking with Donald for at least 10 min, he not only gave me answers but really change the course of me taking my business elsewhere. He finally got my addressed changed in the system not only the mailing but the billing, speak about an example of someone going above and beyond! I remind myself to be extremely thankful these days when things go right so Donald Tapia, thank you for making my missing birthday presents well worth the wait! You should be commended for amazing customer service. Ill pay this forward for sure.

I placed a preorder on 2/7 got my confirmation, product is supposed to ship out "in February" (I know, the month is not over yet) but I emailed on the 11th Inquiring about a possible update. Got an automated response stating some one would contact me in "5 business days" it is now the 20th, and all I received so far is another automated response. I just want to know If the product is gonna ship sometime before the end of the month as promised, if there is a delay, or if its unavailable and I need to request a refund. This no contact bullsh@!% isn't exactly good customer service. Once this issue is resolved, I wont be ordering from yall again.
