CANADIAN FUNKO COLLECTORS BEWARE!!! I recently made an order from Entertainment Earth, and then immediately tried to cancel, they canceled most of my order except for two $10 pops, after shipping the cost came up to $130! On top of that I also have to pay the import fees which will be around another $50! I was confused and frustrated so I tried emailing them to cancel the order. However they refused & now I’m stuck paying $180 for $20 worth of Funko pops... Super disappointing! They tried to play it off and say it’s because they don’t respond to emails urgently, and said I should have used the “cancel tool” on the order page, which I did in fact do and when I told them that I had, they emailed me back saying they can’t get back to me for another 5 business days because they’re busy even though we were already going back and forth with minutes in between! Shortly after they emailed me saying my order has been shipped and I can track the order. HORRIBLE customer service! CANADIAN BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Had a problem with shipping so I called entertainment earth and was put in contact with Donald. one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with he was a complete gentleman and rectified the situation as soon as possible would definitely continue shopping with entertainment earth just because of Donald.

I received an item that was not in the mint condition guaranteed. The worker I spoke to made sure to check if the item was in stock still since I had received this item earlier than expected, since I couldn’t wait for it to become in stock again to get a replacement, seeing as it was intended as a gift for someone. Sam was very quick to respond and apologetic when there were multiple connection issues. Sam was able to give me a partial refund for the not-mint condition of my item since I can’t wait for another to arrive in June. Very friendly and personable, good customer service but you can also tell I’m not talking to a robot of a person who goes through the typical motions without offering a real solution. Keep it 100.

Donald was a big help today. Item box came in damaged and he was able to take care of me. Long as I only speak with Donald I know I'm getting good customer service

Donald was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgable, and very accommodating in helping me resolve an issue with returned orders, and in helping to get them rerouted in a timely manner. Customer service above and beyond. A rarity these days.
