Excellent customer service.handled all my questions with patience and accuracy

I consistently receive damaged funko pop figures due to your packaging or lack of. I have been a loyal customer who has spent an enormous amount of money on your site, specifically because you offer 100% mint guarantee. Lately I have received more damaged items than not. I understand that things are bound to get damaged in the mail occasionally. However, knowing that these are collectibles I would expect more measures to be taken to ensure delivery of a quality product. Your products are placed in a box that is just large enough to fit a single piece of bubble wrap around it, as a result what I typically receive are boxes that have tears or creases on them. These are meant to be collectables and the damage decreases their value. Of the multiple box replacements I have asked for due to your shipping methods only three arrived mint and those were the ones you put in an actual box not just a cut up smashed box. Constantly having to do returns and shipping additional boxes can't be a cost effective business practice. I just recently received another Funko Pop, Himiko Toga Pop that I had to send back because it came damaged. I asked for the product box replacement but you weren’t able to get one. I asked that additional precaution be taken in the new shipment. I was told it would be double boxed. However, once I received it, it was the same type of packing process. Which leads me to think this is as good as I’m going to get.

I had a question about shipping with my order of $300. It included pre-orders and an in stock item. My costumer service rep was Donald, and he was clear and concise with the information that I needed. I will be ordering more in the future and feel more informed about how to do that to get the best deal.

Not sure why they’d let you preorder items just to cancel.

Entertainment Earth is the goto spot when it comes to Action Figures and Funko Pops, the widest selection, the best prices, easy to use website, and great customer service. I have personally purchased over 400 items from them over the past few years and I have never been disappointed yet. Even when I did have an issue with a missing item or a damaged item, customer service reps like Donald stepped up with no hesitation and made it right immediately. To me they are the industry standard.

Donald was not only efficient, but went above and beyond in assisting me with a recurring issue that I'd been struggling with. He has amazing customer service skills.

I can truly say dealing with Entertainment Earth for my Collectables has been great. I appreciate they don’t over commit pre order items, which makes me comfortable I will get the products as expected. I constantly get great customer service from Donald T. He always has the right solution to my concerns. I can say the current shipping methods/partners needs improvement.

update 4/23/21 I recieved my order and I was charged an additional $15 in fed ex fees that I did not select myself. This has not been addressed or rectified. Please make this right. I'm very upset. This review is in regards to the most polite, friendly and helpful individual I've ever had pleasure of speaking with. Customer service wizard Donald Tapia went above and beyond in every facet to assist me today with all of my concerns and inquires on existing Star Wars Vintage Collection figure orders in a coherent quick matter as well as providing quicker shipping information!
