Entertainment EarthReviews of entertainmentearth.com

Donald Tapia was excellent with my issues and resolved them quickly and without any confusion. It's nice to see customer service is still important to some employees.

This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered an Item for my Daughter on November 18th 2021, it shipped the very next day. Then on the 24th, after watching it for 6 days just sit there in California, it just stopped updating information because it didn't leave that sorting center. It hasn't updated any info since the 24th of November. So I called them, and the CS Rep said it could take anywhere to 15 business days to arrive, so he estimated December 10th. Guess what, it's December 18th and it still hasn't moved from where it was last updated on November 24th. What a circus this place is. It shouldn't take that long for something to move from California to Arizona. So I'm actually thinking it was an outright scam. I sent them an email and demanded a refund immediately or I would call my bank and reverse the charge. I ended up buying the same item from Amazon and it got to AZ from the east coast in 3 days. Entertainment Earth is absolutely the WORST company I've ever dealt with period. I will NEVER order another thing from this terrible company.

I had an issue where there was an incorrect shipping address on an order of mine. I tried to change it to the correct address before it shipped but was told they could not change the address once the order was processed. On the day of delivery (to the wrong address), I called and spoke with rep Donald Tapia and he graciously helped me with a replacement and a gift certificate for a future purchase for the error.

I wouldn't if I was you. They oversell product and put that they will have stock of items they don't have. Don't fall for their scam.

I called with a shipping issue. I accidentally had the wrong (an old) shipping address on the order and realized it too late. Donald helped me. He took care of me. While he wasn't able to change the destination, he provided me with a few options to make sure I get my package. He then offered to take care of me further on another order. 100% will recommend EE because of Donald's awesome help!

They have you waiting months on end for preorders, ship with crap companies, use very little protection for shipping and the boxes they use are barely bigger than the item itself. I've ordered from this multiple times, hoping for the best and I'm let down every time. Their shipping time can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks and the return process is no better! They require you to ship the damaged items back to them through the same mode of transportation that damaged the items to begin with! They are nowhere near a "small company", but they cut corners everywhere they can! Stay Away if you like receiving Undamaged items!!!

Ordered LEGO 30389 Super Mario Fuzzy and Mushroom Platform Expansion Set in mid-July. It was still set as a “Pre-Order” in late November, 4 months after being ordered. I finally cancelled the order and found it cheaper somewhere else. If you need something by a certain date, make sure you order a year early!

Do not purchase from this place. They have no guarantee to give you your items. They charge you when you first order then put the money back but then will recharge you months later when the item finally ships with no warning. I spent $117 here and was told i was going to get free shipping for my pops but then was charged $20 shipping for a $10 item. Asking for the rest of my order to be canceled and trying to get a refund. Very disappointed.
