This 5 star rating is for the representative that assisted me today. I ordered two pops back in May 2021 and finally received them after waiting. They sadly came in damaged. There was no protection of any sort for the pops and I am bummed about it. I contacted EE through their chat function and spoke to Donald. He ended up assisting me and doing everything possible to help resolve this. Since it was an exclusive pop, I am waiting for replacements but the customer service I received was spectacular. Thank you Donald.

I haven't received my hange pop I preordered on March 2021. Not only have I not received it even though ive been charged for it while it still says payment pending but I have to wait until June of 2022. Everything we get close to the shipping date it changed to a later date. Before it was May, then January and now June. Not going to lie it's really pissing me off. I payed for something that has taken a year to ship and still hadn't shipped

Donald Tapia was a great help. He answered my questions, personally assured me that he would be my representative, if the current issue wasn't resolved with the next few days. I've had a rough couple of months, but his sincere attitude and understanding, has been a bright spot, these last few months.
