I had an issue where my preorder for a Funko Pop that wasn’t fulfilled by the post office and the representative Donald made sure the situation was handled! Not a long wait to get on the phone and once I explained the everything he offered to change the shipping address and method. First experience with customer service for Entertainment Earth and it was a great one

Had to return a package, and usps lost it! Donald and everybody at entertainment earth never question me on what happened. I have them all the right documentation and they did everything they could to solve my problem. Thanks again to Donald and the whole team!

These guys want to charge me "Shipping & ProcessingCoupon Adjustments" CHARGES on my item return for $16.78, meanwhile my items had NO COUPONS attached when ordered AND they are charging me a SEPERATE $6 charge on TOP of that for a return shipping label! $22.78 to return an item! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SITE! I never again will.

Donald is a true professional. He not only provided me with assistance to the issue i had , he went above and beyond. I look forward to buying more items from Entertainment Earth thanks to the great service provided by him.

After waiting several months for a figurine that had been preordered and then the delivery date getting moved several times, I finally received my figurine. The figurine was packaged so tightly that when I did get it open it flew and broke into several pieces. Called EE and eventually got to Donald who was sympathetic and took care of the problem by promising a new replacement would be sent with 2 day shipping. I didn’t even have to do much convincing at all. Great customer service!

My first experience with a distributor. I can’t believe what they refuse to cover, missing items, damaged items, sent to wrong address double charged. They have failed at every turn. I have a few more distributors now. Thank goodness all have better customer service than ee. If I didn’t have so many pre orders I would be gone. Eventually I hope there is a better distributor on the horizon.
