Oh no! We're sorry to hear about the experience you've had. We're currently responding to emails in 1-2 business days. Please give us a call at 818-255-0090 or chat in from the website if you still haven't received our response! Unfortunately, we have no control over ETA dates or item arrival. Usually when items are in stock elsewhere, it's due to quantity. As an example, an average store might receive 20 cases of an item in stock as soon as an assortment is released. We're no different, but unlike other toy stores, we may need over 1,000 cases to fill all of our orders. It can take longer for manufacturers to physically make and distribute product to us. If you have any further questions, we encourage you to reach out. Our team is happy to help you.

We're so sorry to hear about the experience you had, Shawn. Please be aware that we never promise ETA dates - ETAs are estimated times of arrival and they are solely dependent on the manufacturer's production and shipping decisions. If there was anything we could do to push manufacturers to fulfill orders in the original estimate, we absolutely would. Unfortunately, we have no control over item arrival or ETA dates. This is the main reason why we don't charge payment for preordered items until they're in stock for your order and available to ship out. If you have any other questions, concerns, or need assistance with any orders, please contact us directly. We're happy to help.
