I've always received good service whenever I called Entertainment Earth in the past. However, this customer service rep ( Donald Tapia ) provided me with outstanding service! He was very reasonable and he went to great lengths to help me fix an issue I had with my order. I hope to receive help like this in the future and hope everyone experiences this level of customer service in all future calls to this company. Thanks again and hope you get the credit you deserve.

When my gift card was declined, Donald put my order on hold so that I would not lose my sought after goodies! Great customer service, great prices (My action figure was cheaper at EE than anywhere else!), and great products!

I've always received good service whenever I've called EE in the past and spoke with a customer representative. However, the customer service Donald Tapia provided today was amazing! He is extremely personable, he cares about the customer, and he went to great lengths to help complete my order. I can't say enough good things about the customer service Donald provides! And speaking with him reinforces Entertainment Earth as my top choice as my toy/collectible provider. I wish every company had a customer service representative as excellent as Donald Tapia!
