i find the app a little hard to navigate and surprise that classes are not all the time.

I HAD to buy the subscription to get an account to use the app so the machine would work. I don’t want the training or the videos or anything like that. I plan to cancel and ask for a refund - the website said there was a 30 day trial.. nope.. got charged full price right away. The fact that my rowing machine does not work without their app is really dumb. It’s all so backwards. I feel forced into paying a subscription I don’t want. Do better Echelon.

The item that I ordered has been sitting with your shipping partner with USPS to deliver it to them for several days. Terrible service!!!

Excelente bicicleta pero Me gustaría los videos que me aparecen de clases por pagar la suscripción pudieran tener subtítulos en otros idiomas para sacar máximo provecho de ellos ya que no todos los usuarios estamos en Estados Unidos ni hablamos inglés.

Total lack of communication. Item was back ordered without any notification company upgraded item but never shipped the item. Order was cancel through customer service but never actually cancelled. Still waiting on refund after a month of back and forth with customer service.

The rowing machine arrived, putting it together was much more complicated than I was led to believe. I cannot set up an account to use the electronics. I called the help number and the recoding says you are not available!! What's happening ??

Audio issues that won't correct after hard restart, won't stay connected to WiFi, won't connect Bluetooth...

The whole experience was great. When I ordered I had someone who assisted since I was have an issue with the website (using the old number). It was excellent When I called for status I was assisted quickly and professionally Now that I have the treadmill , I love it. The only issue is that the print pm screen is small and I have a hard time reading
