I ordered the women’s overalls online. I received it quickly and love them! They run a little big. They are comfortable and roomy with lots of pockets. I wear them when gardening.

Alot of bad reviews I see have to do with the ordering process online....... however of you go in store you'd find that the firehouse pants are unmatchable in quality....... 1 year return policy means if your wear it out in a year you get a fresh pair same its thoer top quality made in the USA boots......

Ordering is difficult. No email confirmation received and then with no notice my order was cancelled. When I contacted customer service they said I had not confirmed my address. No one asked me to. Now they won't process my order and say I have to reorder. How do I know that one won't be cancelled and how can I get the same sale price?

My husband loves the Flex Fire Hose pants. The pockets holding the knee pads wear out. He has 5 pairs of these pants and each one has worn out. Please reinforce them and then they would be a five star pair of pants.

Constantly emailed promotions that are never usable. Essentially a form of 'bait and switch' marketing, which wastes peoples time and is unethical (sometimes illegal). Now on my no fly list.

Have been wearing the flex fire hose pants for over 5 years had over 15 pairs of those pants. Just bought 5 more of the exact pairs and they are a complete different size , they are smaller in the waist and in the legs . So I went up a size and they are way to big. They have obviously Changed their design.

The product is good, however the customer service people are nice, but screwed everything up for me. I purchased a coat for my daughters birthday the lady said she would over night it. Which means it will come the next day so on Thursday she puts the order in and I should of received it on Friday nope I call on Saturday they told me it went out on Friday however they don’t deliver on the week end unless it is marked to be delivered on Saturday and it wasn’t. so now I won’t get this until Monday, very disappointed they wrecked my daughters birthday present. All they can say is I’m sorry. maybe I should go get a sign that says sorry and wrap that up for my daughter. Totally disappointed and very angree they are very incompetent. Never again will I deal with them. I will make sure to let everyone know how poor this service is.

Duluthflex Firehose Relaxed Fit Cargo Work Pant are the most comfortable work pants I've ever worn. A soft hand and just enough give to make moving easy. Highly recommended.
