I am not completely satisfied, as we have not been kept informed as to when our items will ship, or have shipped and if there are tracking numbers. Told day before yesterday that the items were shipping that day 11-18-21, and have not received any follow-up info regarding that shipment. Verified my email address so that should not be the problem. I want to know when we can expect our products.

The ease of placing my order was extremely painless. I am still waiting on the product but I think everything is on backorder at this time in the country! DR products have always been a little expensive but wonderful quality, last for many years and the design/engineering that you get is worth it!
