This is our 4th DR purchase. The ordering, service and customer care is the BEST. There is a reason the DR stands for Done Right!!!

DR power equipment is worth every dim. I bought a reconditioned factory Field and Brush Mower XD 30. Mostly brand new. These are shipped freight, so you must plan a bit more and it is not as simple as dropping it at your doorstep. Support was helpful with making sure I was called early enough to get on site prior to the delivery.

I had a problem with it and they fixed that problem and now am very happy with This machine. I now wish to remove the negative feedback I gave them.

My order included the self propelled mower trimmer and several attachments. They kind of trickled in in multiple shipments. I impatiently waited for what was needed in order to get the trimmer assembled to give it a try. The assembly directions were somewhat vague and I called to be sure before rushing through it, While waiting to have my call answered I continued to survey the situation. I studied everything while waiting on hold and figured it all out without help while waiting and finished the assembly. I installed the green strings to get started and had some blue strings soaking for future use. I got it up and running and wow! what a beast! my wife wants it to be her "mower" to get stuff I can't quite get to on my zero turn mower. So I walked along with her to see how she would do with it. She/we love it. I installed the freshly soaked blue strings today so as I write this she went out to try out the blue strings and I let her solo with it. This is an awesome landscaping tool. I also ordered the beaver blade and it looks a little scary but I have some ideas for where I plan to use it.
