I have the field and brush mower and zero turn mower. Worked well when brand new, parts are unavailable, no one in my county can fix either one. Both are now museum items in my barn. Engines run great, kohler and kawasaki, rest of the machines are useless.

What a joke this company is, order something and it takes a month to get it. I will be canceling as I am sure the customer service is just as bad or worse

I have heard nothing since I ordered? Do you think I received item to leave a review? Where is item?

1. When you order a part DR. will debit your bank account which puts a hold on your available funds. They do this even when they do not have the part in stock, so those funds are locked until they do receive and ship the part. They also state when you order that the typically ship parts in three to five days. Not true. 2. The DR. Pilot trimmer is a great weed eating machine. It comes with a trimmer head that is increasingly hard to thread the line through. They offer a Quick lock head "starting at $89.99" plus tax and $15.99 for shipping. (Shipping is another profit department at DR.) I ordered one on June third. Talked to a DR. rep today and was told that I could receive it by June 18th. 3. The Dr, Timmer Pilot $379.99 is hard to start as you must have the trimmer head engaged to start it. I. e. Put your foot behind a wheel so that the machine doesn't roll back while you are trying to start it. The DR. Premier $499.99 is $120 more than the Pilot, and you don't have to have the trimmer head engaged to start it. There isn't any other benefit to paying $120 more for this feature. 4. When you call to check on a parts order you are going to be on hold for a while. 5. The Mow ball on my DR. Pilot lasted one season, then shattered. 6. As I stated the DR. Pilot is a great machine for weed eating. It is overpriced simply because it is hard to start and in my opinion $89.99 for the quick lock trimmer head and $15.99 for shipping it is just another added excessive charge.

My husband loves this brand, however I think it's time to find a new one. We ordered the walk behind brush mower a few year ago. He loves it. Had a few issues with it, but nothing he couldn't fix/handle. Here lately he's been wanting a stump grinder so I ordered one. I ordered it April 27th. Said it would be SHIPPED in 10 to 15 business days. May 18th rolled around. It was pushed back to May 27th. May 27th rolled around and it was pushed back to May 29th. May 29th rolled around and it was pushed back to June 3rd. I have called multiple time and just get told the same "they're on back order". I'm very close to canceling my order. This is crazy ridiculous. If you need it in a timely manner I do not recommend ordering from them.

Received the trimmer within the first five minutes the belt broke in half that powers the trimming head. When it was taken apart, was found that the belt was incorrectly, installed at the facility. Called and requested a new belt which has taken a week just to ship quality control seems to be lacking.

I purchased an electric start stump grinder through my LLC to use on two empty lots I own soni could write it off. However, it broke with only 4.1 hours and then they tell me because it for "commercial" use I can't have the warranty. Be careful purchasing from DR Power. Even if you buy it for personal use, good luck getting it fixed. It's been at the shop for 6 weeks.

First, the product is decent. I have a pull behind leaf vacuum and the engine has been reliable after a few seasons of storage and use. That being said, the company doesn't manage their business well. Shipping "delays" have been present since I first ordered the equipment years ago, and most recently when I ordered a replacement part that was in stock. My order will take approximately 2.5 weeks just to ship and then another 4-6 days for ground delivery service. We're likely looking at close to one month just to receive a simple part. From a customer's perspective, that's a terrible experience and contributes to a negative effect within the net promotor score your business will receive. This problem affects both the customer experience and our support requirements. What if the part is required for my machine to run? Your delays are impacting an entire month of maintenance around my home. Please address your delivery processes or find a knowledge strategic manager who can do it for you.
