I needed a bolt to replace the one that sheared off and let the impeller on the lawn vacuum fail. The parts guy was great. I got the new bolt and a maintenance kit. It arrived in three days.

Kelly was so helpful finding the part numbers, changing the shipping address, and making a suggestion. It is truly a pleasure to do business with your company!

The order process was very easy over the phone. The sales rep who answered was knowledgeable and made the process simple. I told him what I wanted. He offered me additional warranty and products to go with my purchase. He explained the delivery process and options. The whole deal took about 10 minutes. I would recommend to friends and family.

It is a lot more heavy duty then the the picture shows

They couldn't get the right items on my order, they couldn't ship the items to the correct address. They couldn't get the billing right. Then Pro 26 never worked. Now they can't schedule a pick up for return. Stay far away from this company. I tried to post this review on their website but kept getting submit errors. Pretty sure most/all reviews on their site are fake

We were sent the wrong belt and the sales person made it right!!

My woodchipper engined failed. DRPower takes no responsiblity. Engine is warrantied by Briggs and Stratton, go see them. Briggs and Stratton wants me to pay to have it fixed, ($700-$750), then they will decide if they'll cover the repair. Almost the cost of chipper new. DR did answer the phone but three emails went unanswered. Machine hardly used, now junk.
