Very Good company to deal with here. great communication on order status regarding delivery. my order was shipped the same day I sent it in and I was provided ship status /tracking. Very satisfied, especially when ya consider that good customer service is getting to be harder to find....these folks do a great job !!

Customer service is awesome. I told the representative what I needed and she was very knowledgeable about what I needed. My items arrived in a timely manner.

Your web site needs to have a better way to let you know that you need to buy an adapter for your mower. Two many people over look it . And I know how big business work ,they don't care . All they care about is putting money in there pockets . And customer service has to take the complaint.

This is the a good way to go - Just have to cut into the right size for your trimer

I ordered my product on Feb 23. Has not been delivered yet and after conversations with 5 customer (non) service persons, I still do not know why. No follow up calls or emails. I have had to contact them every time. Still today, no answers, no notes in my account. The goat is looking better all the time. If this is how they service before you buy, I am skeptical to say the least.

I purchased a nine inch backhoe bucket for my pull behind backhoe I love it, it fits and works great the price I thought was very good and the delivery was pretty good also, thanks.

My order went very well. Web site was acting up, so I calld customer service. Haley was great! Processed my order! Waiting for my equipment to arrive! Thank You for your professional service!

I ordered online. When I realized I made a mistake I called quickly to fix it. This was made comfortable by the great service operator at the other end of the line. He fixed my information and went through it all to make sure all of my needs were met. I felt like I was talking to someone local. I am very happy for the help and considerate manner it was done in.
