Sales tech was great Wait time was abysmal.

Experience initially started off poorly as my much anticipated paid for delivery arrived without a notification of arrival date and my machine being left on the side of my entrance road far from storage building despite adequate room for truck access. However, once dr power support was contacted they promptly refunded the delivery charge. I have used the machine twice and thus far it performs as advertised. At this time I am very satisfied with its performance.

Easy to research and find what I needed and get it purchased online. But I'm kind of bummed that it takes 5 weeks before the string trimmer gets shipped?

DR Power has some amazing products, worth looking into, read up on them, check out all the comments from users, get in touch with customer service and ask all the tough questions.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my DR Pro XL30 17.5 HP brush mower. It performs even better than I expected. I purchased this with the intention to mow my fields as well as fields of a couple of my neighbors once a year. I also purchased the snow blade to clear snow from my driveway and parking area, perfect for these Montana snows. My only complaint is the difficulty getting parts. I’ve had to order a couple of different parts, including a new battery recently and both items were on back order for an extended time. As I stated, the machine is fantastic but it surprised me that parts, especially something as common as a battery, are hard to get in a timely matter. I’m hoping that these incidents were nothing more than anomalies and not something I experience often when a part is needed. I would recommend their equipment to anyone but hoping parts become easier to get in a timely manner.

I have bought other product from you with no problems.

Product is great but when the pkg arrived the container that the product was in was badly torn and some of the pieces were trying to fall out. Better, more durable shipping container would be better

First time ordering was easy. I’m not sure if I ordered what I need.
