I purchased the pro series walk behind leaf vacuum recently and out of the crate (very little assembly was required) it does not work properly. I have called several times to speak to a product support specialist and have waited 30 min each time with no answer. I also sent a online contact request and no response. Just a totally poor company. I would never recommend purchasing from DR.

Poor Product Support & Disappointing Performance from DR Power I’m leaving this review so other consumers can understand how DR Power supports the products they sell — especially the DR Pulse Trimmer. I purchased the DR Pulse Trimmer expecting quality and reliability, but the experience has been the opposite. Replacement parts, especially the 62V 5Ah battery (model 41424), are extremely hard to find and often on long back‑order. DR Power’s own website doesn’t even list the battery anymore, and dealers show lead times of more than 20 weeks. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range. Customer support has been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. Many other customers report the same issues — long waits for parts, poor communication, and difficulty getting accurate information. DR Power advertises product excellence, but their support system does not match that promise. On top of that, the Pulse Trimmer’s performance is disappointing. A fully charged battery only provides about 20 minutes of trimming time, yet requires an hour to recharge. That is not an efficient or practical design for a machine this expensive, especially for anyone maintaining more than a very small yard. DR Power needs to improve product availability, customer support responsiveness, and the overall reliability of their battery‑powered equipment. I hope this review helps other consumers make an informed decision.

This is the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. When I ordered my lawn vacuum, I was told that I would be called with my delivery date and that I had to be home. I checked the tracking information and it told me when it would be delivered. the next day, I was badgered with multiple calls by the delivery people but this was the day prior to the scheduled delivery day. When I called back, I was told they were at my home and they were going to drop the delivery on the road. The delivery person was kind enough to wait for me to return home but I had to rush out of my scheduled plans to make that happen. Then after I put the equpment together, the instruction listed I MUST use 10W30 HD oil. This oil is discontinued by every manufacturer except guess who.... that's right HD Power. Even when I called Customer Service, I waited 30 minutes with NO ANSWER! Finally I just got anyone on the phone I could and they had to give me a part number to find the oil. So there's another $40 and I have to wait a week for the oil. This company is the WORST of companies.

Have determined the Dr Power chipped may be the best option, BUT their online order process and web functionality is the most pathetic and useless online trash I've experienced in many years of internet commerce. Their system must be programmed by idiots. I am concerned the product may likewise be a piece of trash. Their web presence absolutely sucks. The system will not repond accurately after repeated attempts to order. And, if you actually succeed the math doesn't add up in your itemized order confirmation. AND, if you actually get the order placed, the account screen doesn't reflect the order you placed. This is Mickey Mouse and I am amazed they remain in business. Upon review, I see my experience and feedback is consistent. Dr Power should be ashamed and respond to constructive feedback which is obviously all over the web. My experience, thus far has been crap !!!

What terrible customer support. I was sold a used machine by a DR authorized dealer that needed a part to function properly. When I contacted DR for the part I learned that it was not made anymore but that I could buy a subtitute part for an exorbitant price. I could have bought a brand new machine for about the same combined price!

I was never able to talk to a person via phone calls put on hold never was able to actually speak to a real person. Frustrated I finally just ordered the whole maintenance kit online even though I only wanted a belt and to verify its length.Order number E003739766

Purchased a Trimmer Pro. It came with missing parts. Upon reading others reviews, I see that this is an on going problem. But things have only gotten worse... If like me, a company name is REQUIRED on a shipping label, GOOD LUCK with that. About 50% of the time the name is there. Otherwise the shipment is delayed. I have added the company name as a separate line, added it as part of my name... it just doesn't matter. And the newest nightmare... their website is inconsistent. I changed my email address to include the PLUS symbol. No problem. I THOUGHT... It seems that when you go to login, the PLUS symbol is not allowed. Now, I am locked out of my account and that brings up part two... Customer Service has no access to an IT department that can actually do something. They need to fix the website so others do not have the same problem. Also, the IT department seems to be a call center with little or no resources. There is no ability to restore a working email address to my account. I was actually told by Customer Service "Sorry, there is nothing we can do". I have no access to my account and there is nothing that they can do... WOW!

Ordered a product, recieve zero communication about it, poor service makes me want to cancel
