While it can take some time to reach a rep over the phone, once connected, they were able to answer all my questions and activate all of my services with great ease! This was a much better experience than what I had over at ADT! My service technician got me connected and online in a about 10-15 minutes over the phone. Plans are incredibly affordable, especially compared to other major brands (ADT), where you pay MORE and get LESS. Alarm Grid, where (paying) less gets you more!!!

I recently switched my home security monitoring to Alarm Grid while keeping my existing Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS system, and I had an excellent experience. Joshua Griffin was especially helpful throughout the entire process. Before I committed to switching, he answered my questions about whether my existing panel, cellular communicator, and sensors could be reused and clearly explained the monitoring options and costs. The transfer ended up being more complicated than expected because my previous monitoring company had not fully released the system from AlarmNet when they said they would. Joshua was extremely patient and responsive throughout the process. He checked the system repeatedly, stayed in communication with me, made time to work around the delay, and was ready to complete the takeover as soon as the system was finally released. Once it became available, Joshua was able to take over and activate the existing system without requiring me to replace equipment that was already working properly. He also took the time to explain the central-station monitoring and what I needed to know going forward. I chose Alarm Grid because I wanted a company with strong Honeywell/Resideo expertise, transparent pricing, and responsive support. My experience with Joshua confirmed that I made the right choice. I would definitely recommend Alarm Grid to anyone looking for professional monitoring or help taking over an existing Honeywell security system.

I was hooking up a new system. With the help of a call, the web site and videos, I knew what I needed and was able to install them. During activation, we encountered some complex programming issues as the installer had not left us a system map, but the senior tech Darrell K was absolutely amazing and incredibly patient in getting it all sorted out. I have seldom seen such customer service and commitment anywhere. Give that man a big raise!
