DRPower EquipmentReviews of drpower.com

Recently i purchased the Dr stump grinder. I am very excited to receive the unit and put it to work on my property. I have over 10 stumps ranging in size from 12" to 30" that i will be removing. I will give a full review of the unit once I have an opportunity to use it.

The Box came smashed and even the original pallet got smashed and it was delivered on another pallet. But the rototiller was in good shape and after assembling it and putting gas and oil in it, It started on the first pull even though my arm was sore and could hardly move my arm. And it worked great on the area that I ran it on. I am very happy with it, I just hope it will last a long time. It feels well built.

I was told my DR Trimmer would arrive 5/20/2022 I have yet to see it.

The phone representative was knowledgeable and helpful. My order arrived promptly and was packaged appropriately. The idler and belt were perfect fits for my 23 year-old machine. The cutting cord I received is a new style (to me). It is the orange, square cross-section cord with the sawtooth-type features. It cuts amazingly well! It cuts tall, thick, wet grass quietly and quickly. I'll never go back to the traditional orange, round cross-section cord!

I think I should have received it by now, but sense I have not. I can not do a review of it.

Need a different way to put the string in and it's even worse trying to get it out

Box delivered with rip and small part of the steel inside was bent, that's ups tho.. This grader is amazing for this price, the black and white assembly instruction is confusing but the unit is high quality construction and works really good on my driveway!

Melissa Greeno was the lady who helped us. I had purchased this DR trimmer in 1998 and she managed to look it up and find the parts we needed. She actually had a great sense of humor. We would order again through your company. Thank you for the good service.
