Prices are no where near as interesting as they used to be. Now, Drop prices are much closer to other online retailers' special sales prices. Just barely edges out the competition... just barely.

Excellent products at unbelievable prices and phenomenal customer service. I truly appreciate the availability of audiophile-grade gear at mid-fi (or better) prices.

Drop has been a very unique shopping experience. They offer items that stand apart from the standard products you find online, and maintain highly competitive pricing. I have had great experiences with their support team in the rare event I had issues with the products. They are always quick to respond and very helpful in resolving any issues. I recommended Drop to friends and family regularly.

I have had good experiences with my orders and the customer service for the most part. The only issues that i have had are when orders are delayed and there is no word on when an order is expected to ship for a week or so. It has happened to me at least 3 times i ordered something. I would say that more transparency about orders and their expected shipping window be shared with customers. I really do love all the of the drop audiophile gear keep up the good work gathering quality equipment at low prices.

Communication is on the slow side but i haven't had any issues once I've gotten hold of customer service. Product side, while shipping has been slow, I've been happy with all the products I've received, and all support I've received. Community has shifted quite a bit and transparency related to this is appreciated. It's never good when large scale changes were made, but I had to find out about it by looking through the site. As is, I'm not sure what this site is trying to be anymore, but I still engage, albeit not as much.

Over the past 2 years I've spent a few thousand dollars though Drop. Only once did I have a an issue, and it was promptly addressed. I've bought keyboards and sweaters, gifts and toys for myself. I would absolutely recommend Drop.

Good but not great. Some of the quality of items seems very flaky. I like the old system of people actually voting on what they want to see and want and getting a discount on that. This feels a little spoon fed of what you can get for a discount if the quantity is met. I mean there are good items but still feel like something is missing.
