Although I'm not keen on the name change from Massdrop to Drop I've still recommended this site to friends a bunch! Especially if there is a hobby that peaks their interests. I've saved hundreds using Drop. Wait times seem to vary from product to product, but I know that's not Drops fault. Having a longer wait time IMO is worth the sacrifice when I can save money. I've never had to return a product to Drop but I would hope it'd be an easy process. I just love this site truly.. the Audiophile community really appreciates Drop and what we've been provided as purchasable equipment here and there. I hope that my interests never die on this site and the community continues to grow and flourish!

Great collection of mechanical keyboard and camping gear and good customer service when (rarely) things go wrong.

Product selection should be tailored to previous orders and interests. Too many knife products in the Outdoor Catagory.

There is a lot of interesting stuff to surf through at Drop but, honestly, much of it has no appeal to me as I'm inclined towards audio and tech gear. As a result I feel I'm getting drop alerts for kitchen knives, sleeping bags, watches and what not... Outside my "zone". I get it, though, it's a business and this is part of the process these days. What I'd hope to see, however, if you must reach out, is stick to my interest areas. I think at my earliest days as a member I was asked to pick the "communities" I was keen on. Seems if that information was on record it would be easier to "target" me with offerings of interest. It's a small wish and perhaps not all that easy to implement but, there it is. Otherwise, I find the discussions and reviews on gear for sale in the areas I am interested in quite helpful. Good Luck!

I've been using (mass)drop for years. As long as you don't mind the occasional half-year wait, you can get some cool, quality stuff for a decent discount, not to mention the new stuff of their own design.

I’m a mech keys enthusiast. My transactions with drop are very intense. I have 12 ordered completed and 6 to go until now. My experience with drop yet so far so good. Their packages are awesome, their complaint feedback are stunning. Most important thing is my packages arrived in good condition. Wel done Drop!
