DropReviews of drop.com

I find some of the product selection on Drop to be unique and often very useful. The prices are always good to great. My main interest is in outdoor gear, but I've purchased items outside of that category. I recommend Drop.

Most of the time things are ok. When products are delayed, communication needs to be better.

I have used drop’s customer service several times and they have always gone above and beyond. I feel safe ordering from them and continue to do so.

Drop hips me to interesting products; occasionally introduces some good collaboration products. Good experience with customer service when I have had to cancel or return something, too.

Easy to order.great community.

I used to like Drop a lot more. It's still a good site, but I've noticed that there aren't really any cool and unique keyboards there these days. I loved back when unique things like the VE.A and various incarnations of the Red Scarf boards were available, but these days the variety is fairly limited. The message board has also become needlessly cumbersome to navigate, which has lead to me talking more on Geekhack and less on Drop. I'll continue to shop there, it's a good site overall, I just miss the really niche stuff and interacting with other members of the community a bit more.

The products are top quality! Some a bit pricey for group buying. I would be nice if the margins dropped a little more when group buy milestones are met. Otherwise awesome.

Had no problem with all my purchases from eu, both with their eu specific collection and ones directly from the states. The community is full of enthusiasts and it can be a definitive plus.
