Their products keep me coming back for more. I have purchased many sets of keycaps and a pair of open back gaming headphones. I have always been very pleased with what I receive. Their MT3 Dasher keycaps are favorite of all time. I love that I can track my shipments through Shop. I do wish they included free shipping with a slightly lower price point. Will still order from them.

They don't lie when they say the return process is Hassle-Free, only returned my 6XX because it didn't have the soundstage I was looking for. They sounded great otherwise

Bought a high-end speaker from Drop which was DOA upon arrival. While frustrating (trying to get it to work), once I contacted Drop support, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Even though it didn't work out for me this time, I'd likely give them a second chance.

Thank you for sharing your experience!

I asked them to update the shipping address within 10 of making the order. They refused despite the fact that UPS allows the shipper to update an address prior to delivery. -- Edit - after the package was delivered to wrong address, they sent a replacement to the correct address. It took awhile but they made it right in the end.

Hi Simeon, we apologize about the shipping experience. We strive to ship out orders quickly, so the time limit to update an address can be limited. We attempt to help update an address where we can, but once a package has shipped our carriers have some restrictions and they're not always able to accomodate the request.

The customer support agent in Drop is very helpful for resolving the product issue.

Originally had a shipping problem but Drop has since reached out to provide the support necessary to reach a positive resolution. From my end, though it did take long, it has restored a level of confidence to me in the brand.

Hi Don, thank you for leaving a review. We apologize for any miscommunication as we do not have a threshold price point. We've reached back out to help you get this resolved ASAP.

I unfortunately did not receive my order of keycaps, so I contacted customer support for help. There was a lot of back and forth between me contacting the shipping company and drop. It was a bit frustrating, but I did receive a refund as an exception, even when lost packages are not covered by them. Overall, it was a somewhat long but positive experience with customer support.
