Drop does communication, integrity, and customer service very well. They lost a star from me for occasional issues with deals that don't save much or any money, availability of specific configurations/sizes, and some lousy product picks.

Mostly terrific. I had one drop fall through but it wasn't a huge deal. Ship times are unpredictable but that's sorta the nature of the whole group buy thing.

In general using Drop always has been a very good experience. In terms of price, quality and delivery time they have a good performance.

MassDrop.com was an awesome experience, but Drop.com seems to have lost it's way. MassDrop.com used to have a wide variety, encouraged interaction, solid discounts and great products. Once it shifted ownership or just name to "drop.com" it seemed to become a different company. Less variety--unless you're looking for knives, not as involved interaction, discounts minimal and products not what they used to be. What happened?

Pretty OK. Communication is good. Shipping is quick for me. The items are well described. The prices are not very much a deal however and I've stopped going to the site all that much. The company collaborations are probably the most successful items, but some weird choices are made sometimes.

Drop is a fun place to find interesting items. Although they've moved away from the original group-buy model, deals can still be had.
