Shipping takes a long time. The order was supposed to arrive five days ago and has not yet arrived

They are slow. It takes forever for them to ship or to answer to email... Not even gonna talk about their 10$ program, that doesn't even work and their sales, GOD, if you can buy elsewhere, I recommend for you to do so. Edit: They replied and they issued the refund of the 10 USD, which I didnt get in the first order. They also issued me a refund of 30 USD for the item I purchased, as they gave it to sale a few days after I purchased it. If the money lands on my account, I will more than happily give this 5/5

I don't know if this is normal but I've been waiting over two years for my keycaps. For now their are no substantial updates, except a monthly email from support apologizing for the delay, with a notice that the items will be shipped in a months time; been like this for a years time. First time customer since October 2021 #update# Appreciate your reply. I believe you've updated the estimated shipping date to end of March.

I ordered 3 different products, two on Amazon and one on Drop on the same day. I received my Amazon products 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting on my Drop ordered product. I really don't think I will order from Drop again.

These guys are amazing!! I purchased headphones before the Friday sales by mistake and I asked them if they could give me a discount and they actually did. I don't think most brands would do this to their customers. THANK YOU DROP!

EDIT 2022/06/24: Crystal from DROP contacted me, and they refunded me the the lost items' and the pro-rated shipping costs. I had to chase and would have preferred a pro-active contact with the shipping partner to figure out a solution. The coiled cable item that I did receive as part of another package does not meet my quality expectations. My experience with them is mixed after this. I change my rating to 2.5 ------------------------------------------------ I didn't think I would have to resolve to this. Ordered a package last month. Their shipping partner DHL uses local carriers to move the parcels. In between countries, my package got lost because not scanned. I am contacting the carriers, they tell me they have no information on this package, and to contact the seller. Drop.com is ignoring my request, even when I provide them with the evidence that the carriers cannot track the parcels for 3 weeks. My opinion is the following: It doesn't matter if the wait is long, as long as there is communication and customer support. Which is lacking here.

I was considering purchasing 2 more items from drop.com but out of the blue they both went back up 100 bucks each, i guess i can live without them for that price. I would have thought theyd want another 1k purchaser but i guess not
