Customer support has far exceeded my expectations! They always responded within a couple of hours. Have helped me with my problem in a very accommodating and straightforward manner. Absolutely and fully recommended. A really good experiences purchasing on drop. Happy customer :)

Build quality is exceptionally poor. Head phones will last 1-1.5 yes and then fail. Warranty process does not have an advanced rma system, and agents will not properly update addresses. Additionally, the Sennheiser headphones are not actually Sennheiser, they just have the rights to use the branding.

Surprise duty costs of 72$ when it got to my door, on top of shipping costs, announced nowhere during checkout, otherwise I would not have purchased this headset.

The prices listed on Drop include the cost of the product and shipping. The fees and taxes levied on imported goods are assessed and determined by your local customs agency, which is why these fees are not included at checkout.

Bought a pair of headphones that were great but unfortunately got an issue after 1+ year of daily usage, after contacting them they offered me a full refund and didn't ask me to return the product.

I ordered a pair of JVC earphones from Drop.com but probably received a lemon that had issues with Bluetooth pairing. Their customer service was very quick to react, so I had my money back. The communication was excellent, super friendly and efficient. I'll be definitely buying more from Drop, knowing that I am covered in case of any issues.
