I bought a guitar and it was fantastic

Commande passe le 17/04/2025.. On me dit que la commande est expédiée,mais quand je consulte le site du transporteur,j'ai l'impression que mon colis est toujours sur son lieu d'expédition . DHL puis Colissimo me donnent bien un numéro d'expédition mais aucune information sur l'état du transit..j'ai envoyé 2 messages sans réponses.. Mon compte a bien été débité .. Et le statut de la commande est bien notifié comme tel !!! ______________________________________ Rectificatif ,mon colis est en transit réception prévue le 24/04/2025... Les sites d'information de transit n'étaient pas à jour.

What a joke. No product and no response to email inquiries. Not to be trusted IMO

We bought a keyboard for £310, supposedly reduced from £388. It arrived in good time, well packaged but unfortunately, lots of the keys were stuck down. I spent a couple of weeks firing emails off asking what to do and eventually got a reply saying they were looking into it. Then silence for another fortnight. Fortunately, I'd paid by PayPal so after a month of silence, I opened a dispute amd immediately escalated it. At this point, instead if the desired refund, they sent another piano. This one was even worse - the case was smashed and about a dozen keys were completely struck down. I went back to PayPal with photos, videos and emails and they refunded immediately. I took both instruments apart and assembled one working keyboard from the parts but it's awful. It's half a tone under all other instruments so impossible to play with other musicians, or to ise for recording. Some of the instrument sounds also vary wildly in tuning. In short, it's a poorly built disaster with no redeeming features. Avoid this company at all costs.

Claims that their Ebay store is independent and now refusing to send a piano they have in stock on their website. Claims that there was a manufacturing error and they can't get me another one. Seems like they didn't want to sell it to me at the price I had paid as they were happy to take my money, just not to send the item. I'd avoid all Donner products now to be honest. Ludacris customer service!

I totally lost trust in Donner. I made the mistake of ordering a DST 600 guitar from Donner. I paid for the guitar and my account was charged, Donner has not shipped the guitar after over 2 weeks. Donner sent an email saying they were investigating and would resolve in 3 days, but that was 12 days ago. I have sent 8 f/u emails but Donner Service does not respond to anything. I hate to leave disparaging feedback because I am sure it's a great guitar. Just a warning to be careful sending your money to Donner.

this is OUTRAGEOUS- a piano delivered all tattered i try to return no one to contact finally no contact but a delivery coming on the day which then was cancelled at the last minute - not only have i lost money on this piano but days work - this is AWFUL

Ho comprato una chitarra da viaggio spendendo poco meno di 400 euro. A una settimana dal giorno dell'ordine, ciò che ho ricevuto è un paio di auricolari bluetooth, che sono compresi con la chitarra, ma della chitarra (che risulta consegnata in data odierna) non c'è traccia. Ho scritto al servizio clienti e attendo una risposta. Aggiornerò la recensione in seguito. Per il momento, la mia esperienza si avvicina pericolosamente a quella di una truffa. AGGIORNAMENTO: La chitarra è arrivata. Ha impiegato di fatto una decina di giorni ad arrivare a Milano. Dalla Germania. A piedi, in dieci giorni si fa molta più strada. Non si comprende poi per quale motivo sia rimasta ferma quattro giorni in un deposito nel milanese, così, giusto per godersi la sosta. Cosa dire della chitarra: è una Hush I pro. Non si può certo dire che sia impeccabile nelle finiture, ma non è ciò che mi aspettavo. Quando voglio suonare, ho gli strumenti giusti. Questo è uno strumento da viaggio, o da tenere sul divano e usare un po' davanti alla tv, e per quello che offre vale la spesa. L'action della chitarra è davvero un po' alta, quindi toccherà spendere altri soldi di liutaio per riportarla a un livello ragionevole, ammesso che le caratteristiche costruttive lo consentano. E' evidente che la Donner abbia speso molto in una campagna marketing aggressiva, distribuendola a molti youtuber - ma nessuno, fateci caso, fra i chitarristi "seri" - che curiosamente non fanno caso ai difetti di costruzione e di suonabilità. Diciamo che la uso a tempo perso sul divano, poi torno alle mie chitarre vere e ricomincio a respirare. Ripetendo l'esperienza, acquisterei sicuramente da Amazon, e non dal marketplace dell'azienda, che sembra non offrire alcuna reale garanzia e in più, in caso di reso, ti fa pagare le spese di trasporto.
