Händler verweigert Rückzahlung solange PayPal Streitfall eröffnet ist, obwohl man auch während der Fall offen ist als Händler problemlos rückzahlen kann. Absolut unseriös. Die Tatsache, dass das Unternehmen der Meinung ist, man könne sich über das Gesetz hinwegsetzen und Rückgaben für B-Ware ("offene Kiste") grundsätzlich verweigern, obwohl hier genauso das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht greift, sagt alles über das Rechtsverständnis und die Haltung ggü. dem Kunden bei diesem Unternehmen aus. Absolut unseriös, Finger weg!

Ich habe eine defekte HUSH I Pro (offener Karton) erhalten und mir wurde vom Kundenservice gesagt, dass eeine Rückgabe nicht möglich ist, da das bei "offener Karton" normal sei. Absolute Frechheit! Grenzt an Betrug!

You can have this beauty for a mere £165!” Naturally, I thought, "Brilliant, sign me up." Now, I happen to have a tidy little balance sitting in my eBay account, so I sauntered over to Donner’s official eBay storefront to seal the deal. I figured, “Let’s play the game, make a cheeky little offer, and see what happens.” Did they accept my offer? Oh, au contraire. They didn't just reject it. They didn't even meet me in the middle. Instead, Donner’s automated pricing oracle looked at their own £165 promotional email, looked at the £269 RRP, and boldly decided to make me a counter-offer of... £280. Let’s Check the Calculator, Shall We? * RRP: £269 * Donner’s Email Promo Price: £165 * Donner’s eBay Counter-Offer: £280 Ah yes, nothing screams ‘exclusive discount’ quite like charging me more than the manufacturer's recommended retail price because I tried to buy it from you on a different platform. Genius. The Verdict - Come on, Donner! Get your act together. When your marketing department is handing out £100+ discounts via email, but your eBay store is trying to flog the exact same item above full price to anyone who dares make an offer, you aren't running a business—you're running an improvised comedy routine. It's safe to say I won't be synthesising any basslines with Donner anytime soon. Unless, of course, your next counter-offer is written by someone who has actually passed basic primary school mathematics. Call them Unprofessional? You're being generous.

J'ai voulu acheter un produit chez eux, impossible ! Dès que je suis arrivé sur leur site, une sorte de roue de la fortune style Temu empêche d'accéder au site. Il faut donner son mail, puis un numéro de téléphone, etc. Tout ça pour "avoir la chance" d'obtenir des tarifs avantageux. Deux options : soit leur site est victime de cette loterie pénible, soit ce sont eux sui ont mis ça en place. Si c'est le cas, c'est d'une stupidité marketing sans nom, vu que par exemple, ca ne m'a pas rassuré du tout concernant le sérieux de leur site, et du coup, j'ai changé d'avis et je suis allé voir ailleurs. Voilà, c'est donc l'avis, exceptionnellement, de quelqu'un qui n'a même pas pu acheter quoi que ce soit sur le site.

I Bought a Dep 16 from Donner in May 2026. Within an hour of receiving the keyboard I discovered that the rhythms that were in the unit were all at the same volume and I couldn’t find anywhere way to turn the rhythm volume down independently from the master volume. I had several back and forth emails with the service department and finally they got this answer from the factory. “We would like to inform you that, regarding your question, we have consulted the relevant product manager. The reply is: The DEP-16 can only adjust the overall volume, and cannot adjust the rhythm volume separately.” What good is that? It makes the whole section of the onboard rhythms unusable. They were all so loud it was drowning out the melody line. They knew this was a problem yet they made me pay to return the faulty unit. When the dust settled I had paid $114.00 to return the faulty unit and then only got a partial refund. I asked about it and encountered radio silence. I have bought a couple of other items from m Donner that I really like. However when the chips are down , you really find out what type of company you are dealing with. I think they should issue a recall or a firmware fix so these units can function like they are supposed to. I have had cause to return fairly expensive items to Amazon and never an argument. I have learned my lesson about Donner. As always lessons all have a price and I won’t be getting any more lessons from Donner Music
