I placed an order for the Donner DDP-200 and was alarmed when only the seat arrived. So I went on TrustPilot and the reviews are terrible. Thinking the worst. That I’ve been had by a Temu style knock off that would never arrive. No responses to emails! Another 5 days later, the piano mercifully arrived separately. HOWEVER… the piano arrived and it is excellent. Which is the main thing. It’s high quality, really nice design, well crafted. The sounds are decent. Weighted keys. It isn’t quite obvious how the pedal and earphones go but it all makes sense in the end. I would recommend!

Esperienza difficoltosa con aspetti positivi. Ho comprato una chitarra semi hollow di loro produzione in offerta. La qualità dello strumento mi è parso più che buona. Ma sono nuovo a tale articolo... avevo anche stipulato una assicurazione sul trasporto intorno ai 13 euro. Fortunatamente perché la chitarra è poi arrivata con il selettore microfoni, parte finale sporgente, rotto. Non e' stato facile attivare l assicurazione perché la procedura presso Seel non mi consentiva di caricare le foto del danno ma solo di scattare le stesse foto. Cosa per me impossibile perché intanto ero andato a boston e la chitarra era in Italia. Mi ha abbastanza meravigliato non si potesse fare un upload ma comunque sono riuscito, dopo parecchi giorni,ad avere la sostituzione e l assistenza non mi ha mai mollato. Cosa non da poco. Bravi

Encomendei no dia 27/02 um Donner DEP-1S Digital Piano Kit com o X-Stand × 1 e um banco X-Stool. Recebi o banco a 5/02. O Kit do Piano não estava na encomenda, a qual recebi separadamente no dia 06/02. O material parece cumprir, tudo funcional e parece adequado e resistente o suficiente para aprendizagem do meu filho de 6 anos. À parte da entrega da DHL ter sido fraca, sem aviso prévio e depósito num ponto de recolha quando era suposto entregar em casa, nada a dizer quanto à DONNER que cumpriu.

Se anche tu sei arrivato qui dopo l'acquisto: stai tranquillo! L'azienda esiste veramente e anche i prodotti, sono solo un po' disorganizzati sul tracciamento della spedizione. Dopo una settimana in cui nulla si è mosso, la spedizione è partita: nel giro di due settimane dall'ordine ho ricevuto il prodotto. Il prodotto è molto buono considerato il prezzo. È arrivato integro, ben funzionante, ben confezionato. Ho preso un piano elettrico: ho già un vecchio pianoforte verticale, purtroppo abbastanza malandato. Come alternativa per suonare a casa senza disturbare i vicini o per studiare questo è ottimo. Esteticamente fa la sua figura. I tasti sono ben pesati; il suono è un po' squillante ma tutto sommato bene. La nuova versione dà anche la possibilità di avere più toni, quindi ottimo!

I'm writing this review to try to reassure anyone who, like me, made a purchase and THEN decided to check Trustpilot. After reading the reviews I didn't have high hopes for receiving the piano and stool I ordered and for what quality they would be if I did. But I have them, and they seem good. I'm not sure I can yet recommend that you choose this product above others - I probably need to see how it stands up over time. However I didn't see any other options at the same cost. The stool came first and having looked at other reviews where people didn't receive items, I was concerned. I emailed Donner and they replied within 24 hours. I hadn't received any information about a follow-up delivery but I think that was the fault of the delivery company (Yodel). Once Donner UK gave me their Yodel tracking reference for the piano, everything was straightforward. I've tried all the keys on the keyboard and they work. There's no obvious damage to anything. I think it will definitely do what I wanted, which is start me off again with practising the piano without having an ugly black monolith in the corner of the room. I think it looks quite good and pretty faithful to the photos on the ads. I'm not sure the sound is good enough that I'd choose to use it with an audience, but I don't really have a comparison - again, it's fine for me. Four stars rather than five is due to not yet knowing how it will stand up over time, but I feel I have good enough value for my money so far.

Commande passe le 17/04/2025.. On me dit que la commande est expédiée,mais quand je consulte le site du transporteur,j'ai l'impression que mon colis est toujours sur son lieu d'expédition . DHL puis Colissimo me donnent bien un numéro d'expédition mais aucune information sur l'état du transit..j'ai envoyé 2 messages sans réponses.. Mon compte a bien été débité .. Et le statut de la commande est bien notifié comme tel !!! ______________________________________ Rectificatif ,mon colis est en transit réception prévue le 24/04/2025... Les sites d'information de transit n'étaient pas à jour.

Ordered a piano and barring a couple of issues with length of time for delivery, and 2 screws missing, Donner have been excellent. I've just saw all of the poor reviews and can't help to disagree. I'm not saying their experiences weren't great, but as for my own, Donner were brilliant and very prompt. They were quick to reply, offer resolution, and sort everything ASAP!! I'd give 5, but for those mishaps I've went with 4. Thanks, Donner....looks like you may need to work your magic with others however.

I ordered a page turner from Donner prior to Christmas for my father, who is a musician and composer. The package was received fairly quickly, before Christmas, and was in perfect shape. Unfortunately the item was not compatible with my Dad's music software/hardware and he asked for a return. The process for a return took a few weeks, as it was the holiday season, but overall Donner Music was understandable and very communicative with the process. I would recommend their products to any musician or musical aspiring individual as myself and father have other Donner Music items that work very well and are long lasting.
