My delivery time was as expected with no issues but I've contacted customer service three times to arrange a refund (didn't realise the kick pedal offered zero dynamic variation and overall size is more suited to a child than an adult) and had nothing in response. I'm within the 30 day window but worried that they won't respond until after that window has passed.

I was really excited to receive my Donner piano, but unfortunately my experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing. My piano arrived with a pedal assembly that does not function at all. On June 28, I contacted customer service and promptly provided photos and videos clearly demonstrating the issue. Despite this, my request was not processed until July 2, when I was told it would take approximately three business days for a "product expert" to review my one-minute video. It has now been over a week since I first reported the problem, and I still have no resolution. I have not received any update explaining whether the pedal assembly will simply be replaced or whether I will be expected to disassemble and return the entire piano. The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part of this experience. The defect itself is inconvenient, but delays can happen with any company. What I find unacceptable is the amount of time it has taken just to receive basic guidance on the next steps. A one-minute video showing a non-functioning pedal should not require an extended review process while the customer is left waiting with no information. I hope Donner improves its warranty and customer service process by responding more promptly, communicating expected timelines clearly, and providing customers with updates instead of leaving them wondering what will happen next. At this point, I simply want a working piano and a clear resolution.

compré un piano en está página, anulé el pedido el mismo día, y no realizaron la anulación, me lo enviaron, el sonido pésimo, quise hacer la devolución y no dan más que problemas. He conseguido que me devuelvan el importe del piano. Por fin! pero no os imagináis la cantidad de correos que tuve que mandar. Ha sido un verdadero calvario.

Their delivery service and response time is poor. I don’t mind waiting a week for an item but to tell for 4 days consecutive that I need to be at home for delivery and each day it changed is unacceptable. Whats also frustrating is that they only communicate over email and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone. It takes a couple of days to hear back.

We are waiting for the agreed collection of a piano and now feel 'ghosted' as they have stopped replying to emails. It was going well up to this point. Reading the themes on here it seems their customer service team is either completely over worked or needs to rethink their approach. Sadly feeling disappointed.

Purchased an electric piano 2 years ago for my daughter to learn on - it was about £600 and was great until now. It looks nice and reasonably compact for 88 keys. We noticed that two of the keys had stopped working so I got in touch to see whether they had any advice - presuming it was likely a known issue with steps to resolve. Got the snarkiest response basically saying you’re out of warranty so tough luck. No advice on things I could try, or recommendations for a technician I could take it to. I’ve gone from a happy customer to actually quite annoyed - really shoddy customer service. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Die Lieferung kam total ramponiert an. Das Piano war schon mal irgendwo, sogar der Rücksendezettel des "Vorkäufers" lag noch drin. Eine Unverschämtheit, so etwas noch einmal ungeprüft zu versenden! Ich warte bis jetzt auf eine Antwort bzgl. Rücksendung und Erstattung. Aber wenn ich die Erfahrungen hier lese, habe ich wenig Hoffnung! Absolut unterirdisch! Update: Nach einigen Mails mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir der Kaufbetrag erstattet. Immerhin!

Schnelle Lieferung, aber enttäuschender Kundenservice bei Rückabwicklung Ich habe im Mai 2025 eine E-Gitarre bestellt. Die Bestellung wurde zügig abgewickelt, die Lieferung kam nach wenigen Tagen an – das verdient einen Stern. Auch dass überhaupt auf E-Mails reagiert wird (wenn auch verspätet), gibt einen weiteren Punkt. Leider endete die positive Erfahrung da. Die Gitarre kam mit einem deutlich sichtbaren Kratzer an. Ich habe dies mit Foto dokumentiert und direkt am nächsten Tag von meinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Statt einer einfachen Rückabwicklung begann eine Serie von Hinhaltetaktiken durch den Kundenservice – besonders durch Jessa vom Donner-Service-Team. Trotz klar formulierter E-Mails meinerseits und bereits übermittelter Daten wurde mehrfach nach zusätzlichen Fotos, Verpackungsdetails und schließlich sogar nach meiner Adresse gefragt – obwohl alles durch die Bestellung und Lieferung längst vorlag. Der Widerruf wurde wiederholt wie eine „freiwillige Rückgabe“ behandelt, inklusive Angebot einer Teilrückerstattung, wenn ich die beschädigte Gitarre behalten würde. Für mich wirkt das wie gezielte Verzögerung. Die Gitarre ist seit zwei Wochen originalverpackt und versandbereit, doch ich warte immer noch auf ein Rücksendeetikett. Währenddessen soll ich geduldig bleiben und mich weiter melden – obwohl ich bereits alles Nötige getan habe. Fazit: Produkt okay, Lieferung schnell – aber der Service im Reklamationsfall ist enttäuschend und respektlos gegenüber dem Verbraucherrecht. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.
